Hi, Thought I would post my situation that I have with betJamica which I am hoping will be resolved tomorrow

I opened my BJ account while in the UK about 2 or 3 years ago but had never made a deposit. I moved to California 15 months ago and decided to deposit $50 into it last week. I made 1 bet which I won and this was added to my balance. Last night I went to log in but got " invalid Customer ID or Password entered" I have logged in many time while I have been here in the states to check there lines

I sent an email to Betjamica who told me to speak to Shayla in Customer service.
So I just got home from work and called but Shayla is not in till tomorrow. The guy I spoke to ( I did not get his name) said my account is suspended but did not say why.

So I'm going to call Shayla tomorrow. I'm hoping they just want me to send my photo Id/Utility bill to them to prove I am in California which if this is the case surely anyone could have helped me with

i will give an update tomorrow for this hopfully minor issue

It could be due to the fact that you signed up in the UK and now live in Cali. They've probably locked the a/c because you are signing in from a PC from Cali and theyare concerned with the IP. Just a thought. Once you send docs, it should be fine. Hope you get it sorted. Best of luck.

Issue got resolved Today. After a few calls finally got thr to Shayla. Sent my Photo ID and Docs and account was renabled and have logged in ok

Had a similar situation once a few years ago, ukgaz. When I was on vacation in Costa Rica, I tried accessing a sportsbook account online (I believe it was sportsbook.com at the time). And same thing - it was temorarily suspended. I also had it happen with my Neteller account when in Costa Rica once as well.

In short, they do try to stay on top of someone hacking an account from another country. It can cause a little frustration until sorted out but it's meant for the best interests of everyone.
