    i think you should say the all truth : it's impossible to play such amounts of money on expekt ( are better bookies to do that ) you use sometricky stuff . or in my opinion you use referrals !! let's be honest before making you such a big VICTIM !!!

    Before anything else I just want to tell everybody that during this time I have contacted Gibraltar Gambling Comission which told me to wait paciently that the Expekt investigation is fair. 4 day from that I get this email from Expekt:

    Dear Cimpueriu Cosmin,

    Thank you for your patience while we have been conducting a routine security investigation. Please note that, in accordance with clause 2.3 of the Expekt Gaming (Gibraltar) Limited General Terms & Conditions, your Expekt account will remain closed.     Do you have the log of the roulette numbers that came when you were playing? Did you just play roulette? How long for?
    I think you will get paid out, no one wants to hand out £80k so quickly, you were never going to be paid quickly, but should be okay...

    Yes, in Dolj, Romania there is an open investigation in a criminal case involving one Cimpueriu Florin Cosmin accused of association to commit offenses, fraud and fraudulent financial transactions.

    Could be that the OP and this guy are not the same person, though.

    Hello again to all!
    Regarding what is being said above, I am afraid I am not aware of being convicted of anything by this moment and I can only think that there is just a name coincidence.
    Further more, as already said, I have presented Expekt with all my documents INCLUDING bank account statement on my name without them asking for it.
    I just hope everything will be fair and legit, or maybe in the first place, legit!
    At this moment I am still waiting for Gibraltar Gaming Commission to conclude their investigation.

    Thanks anyway for bringing this "funny" coincidence thing to my attention .

    At this moment, the situation is the same! I am waiting for Gibraltar Commissioner to conclude their investigation, but the problem is they keep saying that they haven't received any data from the roulette studio. Their investigation "started" one month ago with the reason that there are new dates regarding my case that needs to be investigated. My curiosity is how can anyone know some "new" things if he/she doesn't have it and is waiting for it from a 3rd party. Very strange thing and I am starting to think that at a point, Gibraltar Commissioner and Expekt.com has the same interests.
    Another strange thing is that when I talked last week with someone from Gibraltar Commissioner, he said they received those dates from the roulette studio, and 2 days ago when I called someone else, he said they didn't received anything .... this is the reason that lead me to think that this is a scam played by Expekt with the help of the Gibraltar Authority!
    I am in desperate situation, I really don't know what to do next.

    I still wait for the Gibraltar Commissioner to finish their investigation .
    expekt.com, refuse to pay for now trying to be late. Gibraltar said they had not yet received all the information required by the "live casino company", and at the end of May they will send a colleague in Latvia to get all the information they need.
    they want to investigate if there was something corrupt in my favor! and they suspect that there was corruption in "gaming system".
    sounds very strange to me ..... but I have nothing to hide. I expect this money since January ........................ and it seems I can not do anything.

    I can only wait and hope for the correctness of the Gibraltar Commissioner.
    even though at first I had the impression that they have common interests with expekt.com

    I hope I will not be accused of being "Nostradamus" in the next email. This will force me to wait another while!

    Please note that I am a checked member by expekt.com.
    I made deposits and withdrawals with my personal "****" card and personal Moneybookers account and I've never had problems with them until I got to won that larger amount of money ....

    Hello all!
    Unfortunately there are not updates. I am in the same situation, even worse I could say!
    During April and the beginning of May they said they are awaiting some data and reports from the roulette studio and when the time came to give me an answer, they stated the same old thing that they don't have all the data requested. But they promised that one of their agent will go at the end of May to the roulette studio to get the data personally.
    I have waited for that, I hoped that this time everything will be resolved. And now, guess what: they still don't have all the data needed.

    Worst than that, they put pressure on me to admit that I work with "associates", they say. First of all, I don't have any associates or multiple accounts, and second I wouldn't have needed that. On live roulette you can win or loose money. I don't know a way on transmitting money to another user or something like this. And my maximum bet with Expekt is big enough so that I don't need multiple accounts.
    They said that is suspicious that some other persons in "my area"(they didn't explained what they understand by that: street, block, city, country) also won big amounts of money.

    I am at the point where I just can't trust the investigation performed by the Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner. I am extremely sure they work together with Expekt.
    There are six months since I wait my money, and all they can say is that they are awaiting data from the roulette studio.

    They can check my account, they can see that I lost big amounts of money with Expekt, even when I won this 80.000 EURO, I was at a point where if I have lost that hand, all my balance would have been lost. They are just ignoring what I'm saying.
    I asked them in my last email some explanations so that I can talk to a lawyer and sue them. No response from them by now! They just don't want to give me any explanation, and my lawyer said that without the exact accusations, he can't do anything.

    I would have never thought that an authority can do this to a player! No way!

    You have a major problem ahead of you. You have given them enough time to come up with some phony accusation. You are screwed. Notice that they have never tried to offer you a settlement. That is because they know they hve you in a corner. You guys have been warned time and time again. This is just one of thousands of stories about books ripping off unsuspecting people. Just read some of the threads in here.

    still no update , no mail ,,nothing !


    in my case , expekt and gibraltar commissioner work togheder 100% .
    very big corruption there ....they involve "Science Fiction" reasons with no advantage for me in old emails because i really don't make any mistake/fraud.
    i just deposit , play and win ! it's so hard for them to belive ? of course NOT ! but they all are corrupts... and i don't know what i can do anymore in order to take my money from expekt !

    but there is a stragegy : when you louse , you are the best client , but when you won some money .... there is something strange on your side like "corruption in the gaming system" and others :|
