What have others experienced and or know before I comment further about this service... this is one of a few things I have seen recently on the forums... it is from across the street as they say.

i am a casual player and have books in many places (doing sportsbetting long time, more than 10 years).
so several accts got closed b/c the site is closed or I don't used..
last few years, I was using betjm, EZStreet, WagerWeb and etc... I usually use the books on here, RX.

While I was playing in EZ and got an email from 1.V.I.C.E with a nice decent bonus. 100% free play.
I researched the 1.V.I.C.E and decided to try it b/c i didn't find any real issue.
I made few hundreds from EZ (met rollover) so I took money from EZ and deposited it to 1.V.I.C.E. ( i think did $250)

The layout is the same as EZ. (they limit $50 per bet for me, which I don't care).

Started playing.... up and down and down and up..... as samo samo.

within a month or two... I almost met the rollover.
i decided to cash out since it was a new book and want to see... ( & EZ offers me another good bonus on the same time)
I know I will keep betting so why wouldn't I take the bonus from EZ.

After my rollover met, I tried to request it on Tuesday but THEY TOLD ME that Friday is FREE PAYOUT.
so nothing is rush so I waited till Friday. (and lost close $200 more... damn.. should request on Tuesday)

& now the problems begins...

1. Dec 21st. - Friday - I requested. They DENIED. they told me that they told NO PAYOUT b/c of holiday - WTF?

2. I sent an email to Griffin who i was chatting with prior week, he said don't worry about it. & and he did. Thanks Griffin.

3. chatted again with C/S and they told me the ID/address which i sent to Griffin before. I told them and they keep telling me send it again. so I did. had No choice. - where is communication, 1.V.I.C.E?

4. Payout was fast. I got the payout on 23rd. got the confirmation ** reference #. HOWEVER money was SHORT. (Short but THANK YOU)

5. I checked my acct and noticed that i am being charged withdraw FEE. ??? WTF??

I chatted with c/s again why am I being charged fee? and they said that they refunded the fee to my acct.
so I logged in and see no money. I talked to them again then they told me that my ACCT IS CLOSED. -- WTF???

I am not bashing about the money.. that is only about $25. I am up so don't care.
But the way they treat me makes me so sick.

I even asked them "what did I do wrong?" Griffin told me "nothing". He said that he will need to check with another department but he was saying that it is b/c due to multiple accts. i was like "??? multiple acct???"

he said that i have accts with other books that they are associated with....

Hello? what am I suppose to know?? which books are their sister or brother books??? (still don't know which books)
Did I reach 1.V.I.C.E? or 1.V.I.C.E reached me???

They said that they want to refund money but they can't b/c my acct is closed. SO FUNNY.

this is just my experience....& just want to share with you all. maybe they don't like me b/c I won.

Pretty shady. Hate these books that are taking shots at players. Sounds like my bookie when he owes me money, he'll come up with all sorts of excuses to not be available on settle up day. Then my bookie will short me a few dollars when I do get paid.

Sounds like you have an agent problem not a bookie problem. Sometimes locals do shady s**t just like offshores. Except when offshore does it you are just screwed.
I know if my local stiffed me I could greatly affect his business because he is a local and word of mouth is very powerful if you are willing to put the truth out there. Go to his hang outs, find out who his agents/customers are and fill them in, etc etc. These off shores screw guys and all they get is a few weeks heat on SBR or other forums very few bettors ever go to and then it dies a VERY VERY quick death. Everyone just moves on. As an outsider I am shocked how quick that story has drifted away.

This guys mentality is the same as so many gamblers offshore because they know how scummy and untouchable these operators are. To quote the guy "I am done there they can have my money" and this is from a guy who signed up in 2004, he is no newbie to the gambler forums or gambling world in general. I bet if his next door neighbor was cheating him he wouldnt give up so quick. He just realized there is no other option and time to move on. Totally sucks

I would never go back to *****. They closed my account out after I went on a little hot streak for about 2k an was limited to 50 per play. I was done the same way on my payout as the above poster. Fool me once with Betislands fool me twice it's on me with *****. Does anybody find it fishy their offering extra 10 percent cash on top of a 150 percent freeplay? Really sounds like they are needing deposits to me. I may be new to this forums but definitely not new to offshore gambling. Ima just stick with 5dimes and heritage

I think I get an email 3-5 x week from Griffin looking for my money. I politely asked him to stop emailing to no success . Matter of fact I got 2 emails today from him. If I deposit $200 or more I can have %150 x10 roll vs. The normal 12x. Why do I get the feeling that these guys are 'used' car salesmen??

HHHMMMM.... they need a little professial advice when it comes to sales and marketng as well as PR moves... oh well. Will see how this goes I guess. As long as they keep pushing payouts out the door guess it will just be a learning curve situation.

is it really that hard to delete a email though?

I am sure G & G will scrub your data off the marketing campaign if you ask.... just ask or send an email.... actually do both so you have a record.

I did send an email as well as ask on live chat. Yes, it is easy to simply delete the email. But, its like going outside to the mailbox and pulling out a handful of junk mail.

I do agree that some of the best promos are by email, but when a book is doing it 3-5 x per week it appears as 'shady'. You don't see DSI or Youwager doin that.

OK.... fair enough.... just seems that 999 out of 1000 complaints seem to be phone related but I am sure you are right Daddy. Thanks for the heads up...
