Forum FAQ: SBR Forum prohibits users from describing their financial transactions with third party companies. Any reference(s) to such activity with sportsbooks, poker rooms, or other gaming businesses that may or may not be considered illegal in any jurisdiction will be removed. Users who repeatedly violate this policy will have their posting rights revoked.

It is my understanding that as long as we do not mention specific payment methods, processor names, financial institutions, delivery companies, or the like, it is still permissible to report payouts, including amounts.

Example: XYZ Sportsbook - $500, requested 1/1, received 1/8.

I understand that this may not be as detailed as some would like, but it's better than not having any payout reports at all IMO. I urge everyone to please adhere to the rules.

I'm not sure if that is permissible or not. I'll ask a mod. I have no affiliation with SBR, I was just using my interpretation of the rules to try to get an allowable payout thread going.

FYI - SBR told me it's perfectly acceptable to list payout amounts, just none of the other information outlined above.

Censor at its finest is what it is. Just curious, what mod did you ask, since I apparently had a post deleted that didnt even necessarily suggest I had made any transaction at all but rather was just a notification for other players?

I received something from someone today is about as detailed I feel I can be at this point (this is not a troll attempt). I agree, these threads have and certainly could have been informative going forward.

The last time I checked the payout thread SBR only asked US members to withhold payout method, and others were fine to post them, has this changed?

Edit: read your first post again, so it seems like it should be withheld, but I think that rule has been there for a while, so who knows. Probably best if methods are withheld.

its unfair to the books that you don't let posters tell which method they used because some methods are faster to process, if i say 2 figs 10 days at 365 and 4 figs 10 minutes at 10bet its really important i add that i asked for a check at 365 and neteller at 10bet

When SBR had the official thread, they said books requested that US users don't mention payout methods.... I would advise stating the payout timeframe the book states, and then the actual time it took, that way people know if you were getting the run around or not.

Why is it unbelievable? Mentioning the transaction method of a transaction that has no legal implications whatsoever. Its not a US player. The only thing unbelievable is that information that is vital, that cause no harm, is censored. Gambling is legal in most part of the world you know...
