    Nordicbet!

Hi, I want to tell you about my last bet in Nordicbet. That was on Soccer International game Lebanon - Gabon which game has just finished 0:0. This game was schedule for 17:00, I place my bet on 16:48 (Exact score 0:0 was my bet). Can you imagine my surprise when I enter again in my account in the middle of second half and have seen that my bet was canceled :O. I wrote to their support "why they cancel my bet" and after the game they send me answer:
    "Hi Georgi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Game started at 16:45 and ticket has been placed 16:48. That's why it has been cancelled.

Please do not hesitate to contact us again, should you require any further assistance."
Yep, I've saw that it was the correct start time for the game and they probably have a point in their rules that in this case they cancel all bets which are placed after game start data, but that was 3 min!
Anyway I'm disappointed and want to share my experience whit you.
Excuse me about my English and wish you Good Luck!

    game started at 16:45

maybe they had the wrong time on their website

anyhow, given that it was probably their mistake with the timeline, and the fact you didnt really gain an advantage by playing it 3 minutes into the game, they should honor the bet, why dont you file a complaint with sbr? maybe they can help you get your money

Thanks for all! I've wrote complain. I know that they have right, but as SportsMushroom said: "it was probably their mistake with the timeline, and the fact you didnt really gain an advantage by playing it 3 minutes into the game, they should honor the bet". 200 euro had to be my profit from this stake in my country this is almost monthly average salary.
