F-rated books still open for business

By my count there are 31 F books in the guide that appear to be listed as active sites. Betislands is there, the plug has been pulled on that site, along with a couple other random F clicks. Maybe it hasn't been updated in some time. It looks like dead link F books should only appear on The Black List: http://www.sportsbookreview.com/sportsbook/blacklist/

My question is how many of the F books still in business are based in Costa Rica? I could check but would take a long time going through them all. Anyone at SBR know?

Easiest way to see them is load this page and click the order by rating header 2x. http://www.sportsbookreview.com/sportsbooks/

A few of these have place holders there and would like us to show them as offline so they could sell it or in the past they would reopen. Others have went to closing to the public but the indexing will remain.
