bovada is one of the best books out there, i never had a problem with them. if you don't deposit via ** you may have to wait 2-3 weeks to get your check but besides that i never heard any serious problems with them.

SBR posters were just robbed of roughly 1-2 million dollars through a book grown by and through SBR. I think they have a right to be upset, don't you? And until this is resolved you should expect these type of topics.

That is taken from the SBR ratings guide about playing with an A- to A+ book. My question is what does " guaranteed safety" mean. Whom and what is guaranteed?? That is a very strong word to use " guaranteed "A books have gone down in the past and id like to know what guarantee means and what exactly is guaranteed.

This is surely a bit of a pickle... having seen much hard data and speaking with quite a few in the know and I am not refering to clerks this is my final opinion on the BI melt down and SBR position.

I think that a more genuine apology is in order, it was in fact a mistake that SBR had made but they are innocent of collusion and conspiracy to rob players from the beginning... they are accountable just for deposits taken when it was realized that BI was insolvent and there was no hope for a bailout after so many services that were capable declined.
Justin7 should be promoted to an operations level with full and total PR discretion and management now and for the forseen future. He should issue the apology with as much honesty and truth while at the same time respecting industry privacy issues and the apology should be also signed by all involved after his primary signature.
The new requirements for SBR affiliate advertising deals that a service must meet now, which I am going by what was publicly released, should be adhered to stringently.
My opinion is that overall SBR has fairly accurate ratings based on certain industry criteria and that they are still one of the better forum communities. With the amount of publicity this place has gotten they could surely be the new and improved SBR under Justin7s leadership and sense of forensic continum of validity as well as he is a true player advocate at his base principle being in my opinion.
Last... be wary of bailout offers from services... everyone and there mother has this sheet now and emails are going. Please use discretion when choosing an offer... I hope that those that have lost money they could not afford get help, both for the funds lost and also what is obviously an addiction that is more important than their own personal financial soundness.

An apology is useless. Justin is on record, -I believe across the street and quoted on this side-, as saying that he would like SBR to compensate players who made BI deposits since November. That's real and useful.

To me Justin wrote that he communicated the betfair company and it confirmed it. Justin told that will place video about my problem in a news line. Video has to be last week. I wait two weeks, and video isn't present. I wrote to it and he told that it still needs some weeks (at most a month) that to make it. At me on the account to betfair of 62611 dollars and betfair doesn't want to give. It I think and there is a fraud and this site writes about players to whom the bet-at-home company didn't pay €1450 and about small problems which interest nobody. Justin doesn't respond to my letters. Probably to this site betfair also pays money that they about this company didn't write anything bad. That who pays that and orders music. Gallantly! ! ! !

I think people are waiting to see if sbr does help and I assume if they don't a lot of people will leave. Right now though a lot of people are angry and In limbo of sorts.
