    SBR is a business people. Just like registering for a TM, or asking to be put in any sort of rankings. You have to pay somebody, they do the research, and spend time and money on discovering the ins and outs of your operations, why would someone do that for free? Charging to be rated and charging for a specific rating are two completely different matters, I sure hope SBR did not charge prices for certain ratings, but you never know.
