I want to either talk to the actual odds maker at Pinnacle or I want to talk to the owner.

Call the Clark County Detention center and you will be able to get one of them on the Phone.

There is only the csd email to contact pinnacle.

If you do get him on the phone he'll probably take a closer look at your account while you're chatting, and there could be negative ev results.

At least, that's what happened to me.
