After the stipulated 24-72 hour period had elapsed without any progress (i.e. still have the opportunity to manually cancel) I logged on to Live Help to enquire and I was quoted the time frame of 6-8 WEEKS? Wasn't no fun.
"I can see that you request your withdraw on Nov 23, 2012. Please remember that the estimated time frame for a withdraw is 6-8 weeks but at this time our processors works very fast so you will receive your money as soon as possible."
How worried should I be?
Not very. I've been getting checks from them in 3-4 weeks on average. Solid B Book.
This is a process that other books complete in a matter of minutes though?
At least they came forward and said that from the get go instead of let you wait a week or two. Request payment by another method?
