It's obvious that if you (BOL site) are counting in hours you are doing so because it is less than days. No book mgt would shoot themselves in the foot with this clerk's answer. Unfortunately you get some bad chats from clerks who run with something and chats are easy to paste. Maybe he thinks he is buying time or wanted to get off live chat. Other times, posters will edit the chats to make em funnier, not that Id guess that is the case here. I sent this thread to mgt so they could address internally.
I agree with the criticism but ya have to keep it in perspective. Moneybookers isn't a half of percent of their transactions and players are getting them. It's natural to think worst case when it's your money... that they want another shot at your money. But you can be sure these episodes cost them way more than another couple days of your vig and are a headache for them too. They just need to do a better job communicating when there is a messup. A nice letter to each MB requester from a mgr would be a good start. Updating the site even for a few days would ease minds when it took more time than expected.
