    Since you have to REQUEST payouts within a 4 hour window..they also only work on them for 4 hours a day (according to this Dicky).

    You should have told him you're going to make a 4 figure deposit but you only do so on days with a solar eclipse.

    Can't speak to what's going on in this chat but BetOnline tells us they have finally addressed their Moneybookers situation. Without too many banking specifics, Moneybookers has its own requirements for different type of transactions and they were limited with their account. BOL tells us they didn't expect the process of fixing it to take this long. Alternate methods have been available but anyone who uses an ewallet knows its to keep money from having to come home and then back out the long way. They rightfully want what's offered.

    No one has written us concerned about actually getting paid but it has been aggravating for quite a few the past couple weeks. Communication to those with a MB pending has not been good.

    one question, is your withdrawl deducted from your available balance?? if it is than this is bizarre, seems like crap to hope one is tempted to fire off some losing wagers.

    They try to 'free roll' the players?
    If you wins few more wager, they continue with the stall tactics and
    If you lose few wagers, than they don't have to pay you.

    I have about $600 pending wager. I have $1400+ in balance not including the pending cash out. If you add up everything, I have about 3g+.

    Bill, I have a lot of respect for you and SBR - but how about investigating this false advertisement of "it takes 24 hours to be reviewed and then 12-36 hours to be processed" but with our crazy math that really means 9 days because 4 hours=1 day.

    By continuing to allow this to happen, and giving us the "nothing to see here, everything is fine" company line, you are starting to have about as much credibility as Baghdad Bob, the Iraqi Defense minister who was saying how there was no bombing, and it was just everyone's imagination. You are better than this, Bill.

Unfortunately you get some bad chats from clerks who run with something and chats are easy to paste. Maybe he thinks he is buying time or wanted to get off live chat. Other times, posters will edit the chats to make em funnier, not that Id guess that is the case here. I sent this thread to mgt so they could address internally.

    I agree with the criticism but ya have to keep it in perspective. Moneybookers isn't a half of percent of their transactions and players are getting them. It's natural to think worst case when it's your money... that they want another shot at your money. But you can be sure these episodes cost them way more than another couple days of your vig and are a headache for them too. They just need to do a better job communicating when there is a messup. A nice letter to each MB requester from a mgr would be a good start. Updating the site even for a few days would ease minds when it took more time than expected.

    Can somebody please tell me why people are still depositing money at Betonline when there are so many more reliable sites. I would recommend betislands for hassel free payouts. I requested a payout today at BI and got it in 3 hours

    Bill, can you please elaborate what you mean with this? First you tell us that the moneybookers situation has been resolved. Then you inform him he could ask for an alternate method. Why would he though? There is no quicker method available according to their own cashier (book to book excluded, and p2p/neteller being in the same time frame). Since its been resolved it should be a matter of hours, or up to 3 days as per their own time frame (if they're slow), but he most definitely should have the funds hit his account before the 28th. Time will tell if the truth has been stated here or not.

    I wouldn't change the method if I was him. If he planned to take the money from Moneybookers to his bank, it might make sense to take a wire. But, if he is going to take a wire and then send that money back to Moneybookers so he can play more, that's going the long way.

    Most of the players who use Moneybookers are used to popping in and out of books they like with the same money...Like in the ol days when folks could use Neteller and win a bet in the evening at Bet365 and move the same money to Pinnacle to grab a bet they had. Now, players have to fund a bunch of books at once to get options. But Moneybookers guys, who are new to BOL, are super pissed because they dont do that and are out of the game unless they send more to Moneybookers which they dont think they should have to do.

    you make it sound like moneybookers is the only withdrawl option there with a delay. this is not the case. EVERY WITHDRAWL OPTION short of p2p has a substantial delay over there. And who knows how efficient they are with there p2p transactions, i cannot vouch for that

    this is true, I still have not received my check, they have not paid me by ** either, how about book transfer??????? I guess not, since they havent replied to my email

    I thought it was deceptive when Books started quoted business days instead of actual days to receive payment. Now BOL wants to quote "business hours" for your expected payout. And since they're only open 4 hours M-F, "24 hours" in BOL-speak means at least 8 regular days. So to all the people have waited months for payment just relax because it's only been about 1-week in BOL time.

    Better yet, BetOnline managers can let their employee work 1 hr a day in Payment department than my cash out haven't been over 1 day yet base on BetOnline Calendar. I have a new prospective now, I am not worry, it haven't been over a day yet. But I wish they speed up just a bit and include Holidays/weekend. If they include the Holidays/weekend, they are better book than the other. BetOnline B+ rating, seems about right, they could be A+ book if they include 1hr for Holiday and 2hr for weekend.

    I'm going to have to respectfully disagree with you. I completely disagree with your generalization of moneybookers customers and the "in and out" theory, there probably are some, but my guess is that they are the minority. It appears to me that they'd have to wait at least the 36hrs before filing a complaint in which case they couldnt even be the "in and out" players you make them out to be. My assumption is that the actual complaints are because of very slow payouts, excuses, run arounds, misinformation, and has little to do with someone holding their whole BR at BOL wanting an instant withdrawal.

    There is no reasonable explanation (or if there is one please enlighten me) why a payout through moneybookers should take more than the advertised 3 days, or lets make it a week to be kind. Even if they'd be forced to fund their merchant account (someone mentioned the reason MB been slow is cause they only handle about 1% of their transactions through it), a wire shouldnt take more than 3-5 days, and the rest is instant. Then when we start talking about weeks or months...

    because if you dont need a withdrawal right away and dont mind money being in limbo for a while, they are still a good place to bet. good limits for bigger players and lines are ridiculously soft and slow moving...very beatable out to have...its always a risk, but i have no problem sitting on a large balance...they have done much better with payments over the last few months also...

    would i suggest the place to anyone...nah, its definitely not a great place for a rec player to deposit, but if you are a guy who needs a lot of outs, its still usable...

    I waited for almost a week before I post my concerned but that is not 36hr yet base on BetOnline '4hr-business model'.

    Awesome news for me, I got my low 4-figures pay out 1 week ahead of expected time from BetOnline thanks to the world wide web of gambling community and the forum. I am requesting another pay out, just don't feel comfortable with them anymore. I going to to stick with Pinnacle and 5Dimes and few SBR A rating books only from now on.

    I really appreciated we have a watch dog like SBR.

    God know how many accounts are ban and fund confiscated by old Fulltilt when those people don't know how to use gambling/poker forum to make formal complaints. I know my my cousin got 8g+ stolen by old Fulltilt, he doesn't know much about internet forum and gambling communities.

    Excellent, give credit where credit is due, (relatively) well done of them! I hope this is just not a case where the matter got too much publicity so they had to deal with it quickly, but rather a trend that their outgoing moneybookers transactions should be as smooth as their incoming ones.
