They used to be real good. During primetime if the site wasnt working correct, it would automatically send you to a backup site that would work. Today, not so much. Really after paying out, keeping a working website is a close 2nd in terms of importance in an offshore book imo.

I'm a BetIslands fan but this has happened way too often. This is not a one time thing here. They need to make this right with their customers. To have this happen during the middle of a college football Saturday is unacceptable.

not looking for anything free at all. What you hear are the sounds of someone with a very large balance at this website extremely nervous that they cannot tell me what is going on or confirm my balance in the rare situation that there phone works, let alone allow me to see my pending wagers.
wow, a website down and inability to place a wager is a huge screw up by a sportsbook. We all know you love BI Rob but WTF you in here trying to do damage control on there behalf??
I have a 5-figure balance there. I have e-mailed them 5 times in the past week with no response. I read stuff about how they payout quickly, how they've never stiffed anyone, etc. But I know that if a place like Bookmaker is ever down, they have a mirror site, phone numbers that work, CS reps that can tell me my balance, and a personal rep who is always available. This place is not a top-notch book and this little episode proves it.
I feel like of all the quotes this one hurts the most..ha
This blows. Get a reliable simple website as a back up for fck sake. I've been a BI proponent so far, but this is getting tired. Happens way too much.
