    Tony from 5dimes.

Is a fukking douche. About a month ago I noticed I had fraudulent charges on my CC, reported them, and one supposedly stemmed from 5Dimes. My bank reimbursed me the amounts about 3 weeks ago. Today, I try to login to 5dimes and my account was closed. I live chatted Tony, wondered what the hell was going on and he said I denied charges. I said I was sorry but that the charges were not in the amounts that I made my deposit with and the charge there was still on my statement and not reported. He said "your account will be closed for 3 more weeks, you will be black listed, and you must live with the decision you made" after I explained. I find it funny that he didn't close my account until I was up 10x my deposit to do something about it, so I asked why it took a whole month for him to say something he replies with "i can make 3 weeks turn into 3 months." i replied by saying I was asking a legitimate question as to why it took a whole month before something was one to my account and not while I was losing money there and he responds with "i'd give you a cookie if i had one, but i don't." I then continued to say that I will pay him back via ** if he really thinks I was trying to screw him over, or he could take the funds out of my account but he basically ignored that and said to come back in 3 weeks. The amount was a measly $600, too.

Great customer service from their head man. Definitely an A+ in my book, SBR.

What I'm pretty sure you're leaving out is your aggressive answers or angry speak towards Tony. If you don't provoke a fight Tony will not just screw you around man.

I should have copied and pasted the script in our live chat because I wasn't aggressive. Not smart to be aggressive when someone is holding onto thousands of your dollars.

why didn't you try to resolve this first with 5dimes before going to the bank?

Sounds like he didn't believe it was an error. Or just doesn't care about excuses from people that don't care enough to be 100% sure they don't charge back on him. He probably worries it exposes his processor to unneeded scrutiny, gets a hefty service charge for it, plus big penalties if he goes over a certain percentage of chargebacks as well.

If it were me I'd just submit a complaint and hope SBR could resolve it better for me now.

Because I didn't know it stemmed from 5Dimes until today when they closed my account, or i would have. There were other fraudulent charges on my card that were not from them, so I don't know which one it was.

You have been full of drama the past month. First your "friend" losing money, your thread fighting with twitter guy and now 5Dimes. At least your bets are winning

If you make a deposit for $300 and it shows on your statement for $298-302 on the same date you made it....how exactly do you think it's a fraudulent charge?

Are you saying that you made a deposit to 5Dimes, then checked your statement and the amount you deposited was there..PLUS an additional charge for a large amount from 5Dimes AGAIN?

I'm trying to understand exactly what happened and where the confusion was...did 5Dimes make a fraudulent charge when all was said and done or not? If you can provide statements showing the legit charge and then the fake charge how is this a problem???

Youre very fortunate if he takes 3 weeks or any amount of time to let you rectify your account. Basically, once you do that with the deposit any subsequent winnings are void. The book doesn't have to allow you to continue. This thread is closed so not to be a how-to for scammers.
