    5dimes being cheap over $2

    Are they in financial trouble? lol

    I sent money today. I met the min required to cover fees. I asked for fees to be covered they told me they only cover 10% unless i send a receipt to prove it was higher.

    It was a 2 freakin dollar difference but what the hell it will take me but a minute. I send them the receipt. They come back with this. (note that i sent same amount in person last week and it cost the same in fees)


    this is all over $2.

    Yes of course i am if you think i'm doing this for the $2. They can keep the $2.

    I'm just reporting poor customer service. It's what this forum is for. They asked me to do something. I did it and then they went back on their promise. Citing a bogus thing about me using my card to send the money.

    Why can't some book open up and offer the tennis options 5dimes does and the DC card withdraw so i can leave that book forever??????
