    You can not compare it to non-US books. But it is indeed a top bookie for US players, so far, for sure.

    Like all US-facing books, future uncertainty is definitely there. I know many players don't like its cash only model, but it is one of stabling factors.

    yea i've been waiting on a payout all day. i requested it at 8pm yesterday. the told me my info would be ready around 1pm.

    Payouts are going out as usual , we have and always have been one of the top paying sportsbook a technical issue will not change that.

    I'm in the same boat here but after stepping back and understanding the big picture I realize that a one day hold up is not a big deal. I think we all agree that Jon and BI staff has always done the right thing and when they make a mistake or have a technical or processing issue, we can be patient for an extra day and support our book. Shiiit happens but it is how we deal with it that shows our character. I am confident this will be taken care of and I am sure Jon didn't choose to have such an issue. He is conscience of public opinion and concerned with having and maintaining a good reputation. I have operated my own business my entire life and sometimes things happen outside of our planning and control.

    This is unbelievable news. 5Dimes losing power, Heritage having issues with a check, Bet Islands having a customer wait an extra day for a P2P payout...
    I am giving up and going to Betonline...they are much more trustworthy..

    Jon- I don't know how you do it man. I have much respect for all these people that run truly honest books..because when there is a slight hiccup or delay holy shit people are running for the hills like it's 1930. I don't know how you do it..I would lose my sh1t on these slugs.

    Mine wasn't the full amount either, but since we have low standards around here and the idiot in the previous post thinks things like that are OK, I was gonna leave it be.     Actually this is kind of a big deal. If i request a payout for $800, I want to pick up $800, not $600. Anyone who doesnt think this is a big deal is just flat out blind. If what this poster is saying is true, there may be issues going on that we dont know about.

    A lot of things could happen with processors and books have to adjust on these sudden changes to protect the use of the processor.

    Our payouts continue being top notch the reason why we cannot send the full amount sometimes is due to processing limitations that our outside of our reach.

    The people who got $200 less were offered both free payouts + free a play and to get the $200 the next day for free.

    How we are dropping the ball is beyond me , our payouts are the one of the fastest in the industry but as ANY other business there are delays that you do not plan for. A few hours delay or an day delay is the worst that could happen at Betislands and it rarely happens.

    will always do my best for clients and most importantly paying fast something we do very well.

    That part was left out of the other's posts. If the players received the rest of the payout the very next day and received a freeplay for the inconvenience, then there is no issue here

    sites go down for 15 min. and people panic like they are never coming back.. 1 day longer for a p2p from BI AND the man gives out freeplays (im sure what they were hoping for)

    things will never be perfect offshore, OPs need to stop crying/whining/panicing everytime a SMALL problem arises

    Im sure jon took care of the few this impacts yearly. Keep in mind when u r pumping out these payouts, including saturdays, u have to protect the processor.

    I wasn't offered freeplay, to send the rest the following day, or anything else, my payout was just short with no explanation. I only noticed it was short when there was more money in my account than should have been. So, I looked at the account history and they had backed out part of my cash out. Again, I have no problem with protecting the processor but just let people know for Christ sake. The issue here is not being a day late or a few hundred short, it's letting people know to expect it. And this thread never would have started if BI had done that. Would be curious if other people who were shorted were offered anything.

    What I was really hoping for is to find a board where people aren't stupid enough to believe the book every time they say anything. Trust me, the freeplays were not offered across the board and anyone who jumps kneejerk to the defense of the book is a much bigger idiot than people who get nervous when their payouts are late and short.

    We called every single client and did our best to reach out to them , payouts are going out smooth and you are free to request the portion of the money that was not sent out yesterday for free.

    I find it somewhat unfair , to judge BI over a day when players were sent their payouts but a lesser amount in order to avoid raising a red flag.

    Banking is a constant variable in the offshore world something that we have proven to all clients and the inudustry we are more than capable of handling.

    Over the last 2 years our payouts have been probably one of the fastest in the industry , our CS is one of the most understanding and helpful out there.

    Mbenz, you've been here awhile. You are implying they needed to skim offer withdrawls to pay everyone?
    If so, it is just the nature of the game with that p2p option. The processor has to stay ahead of the game to avoid patterns that will shut it down.

    Pretty soon it will be under $500, then we could talk about the glory days of getting $850.

    Again, I have no issue with the payout being a day late and a few dollars short. I do have an issue with somebody telling me it would be processed that day, then not giving me a heads up that it would not. Then, when I call both customer service numbers to inquire two hours before customer service is supposed to close, not only was the phone not answered, but IT DIDN'T EVEN RING at either number. Then, I check Live Chat and it is sending back an error message. Then, the people on the wager line, who I assume were not really your employees, seemed like they were in training. And regardless of what you say, I was never notified it would be short or given any options about that.

    I got no problem with your book overall, I like it a lot. As far as I can tell you have 100% payouts over time. But when you take all the things that happened above and still have people coming to your defense, well, you obviously have a quality book, but this whole industry is in a bad state of affairs if all that stuff is now considered just "normal".
