I hope this is the right category for this. Has anyone else had problems using BetDSI with Firefox? I know the easy answer is not to use Firefox but right now it is the one I use most.
I can log in fine but once I get to the betting page nothing works. I can't scroll down the betting options, the tab on the right won't hide and covers up the bets on the right. When I click on the sportsbook tab at the top left, all bets on the screen disappear.
I cleared cache, deleted cookies, and tried uninstalling Firefox and reinstalling. I opened a new tab to bring up the web site.
Everything does work fine with Internet Explorer but it would suck to have to just use it for that one site. Betzone.com is another site that BETDSI uses and it actually works in Firefox but it only allows access for placing bets and not for contests and other parts of BETDSI.
I had this problem a year or so ago and it was fixed but I can't think of any other ideas of how to fix this. Any suggestions are appreciated.
I was going to suggest deleting the website cookie as Heritage goes buggy sometimes in Firefox and that fixes it. Are you using something like AdBlockPlus? Turn it off for that site. Recently Heritage said my login data was wrong, but it was only because the block list in ABP had heritage as bad so I just deleted that line in the list to fix it.
Don't go to that site so not sure what else might be the problem. A fresh reinstall might help, but that would only be last resort unless you do it often.
Thank you craigpb, SBR Lou, and Harmy G for your ideas. There is probably something in the Firefox software that is causing it. Even though I did delete cache, cookies, and uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox I can not fix it yet this time. The ie tab idea is the one that I forgot about using. Adding that ad-on and using it for that one tab in Firefox has worked so far.
