Got a call yesterday from BetOnline offering me a 25% freeplay of my withdrawal request (that I have been waiting on for over a month) if I cancel my request and have the funds placed back in my account. The guy told me they don't want this hanging over their head for football season (which is understandable) but concerning at the same time.

Seems to ME like they are having financial problems and are willing to delay these withdrawals (and even give people MORE money) as long as they don't request to be paid for a while. Who else has gotten this offer from betonline? The representative told me POINT BLANK that they are encouraging people to take the bonus so they don't have to pay their pending requests at this time.

I'm so tired of them blaming the delays on PROCESSOR ISSUES which in my opinion is complete bs. I'm surprised no one else has posted about this freeplay offer, or if they did I must have missed it. Lou, do you know anything about this? I have no official complaint to file, (outside of waiting over a month for my express check withdrawal but I'm being patient) but I would love to know who else has gotten the same offer from betonline.

Sounds like a classic "survive now, and worry about our problems" later technique. Very, very concerning.

If you ask me, it sounds like they bit off a bit more than they could chew acquiring sportsbetting and promising to pay all withdrawal requests dating back months. I hope I'm wrong, but that is the impression I'm getting.

I would actually be happy with betonline if they were offering this 25% freeplay as a COMPENSATION for the delay and paid the withdrawals as is. The fact they make you cancel the withdrawal to get the bonus is the concerning part. I have had sportsbooks offer me a bonus because of their delays, but it was always a simple gesture to their customers to apologize for having to wait so long.

THIS is much much different.

SBR has no record of any payment issue even close to six months.

We asked the user who claimed he knew someone in this situation to file a complaint. It hasn't been done.

But get this... I log in to check the status and all of a sudden I have $50 in free play money today. Not sure what's going on but I've read other players received this bonus as well today without agreeing to it or anything.

The sponsorship from BOL must be above average...tooth and nail this site fights for BOL......so many complaints and slow pays.....

That's more than BOL will admit publicly as they deny any relationship with LV. Funny thing is that BOL transferred its reduced juice clients over to LowVig, and now denies any ties with LowVig as payout delays persist there. Just another example of the sleaze we've come to know as Betonline, B+ rated and SBR recommended.
