    Problem with 5Dimes

    They cancelled a wager, grading as a loss and then manually deducting the amount also. It is like I lost the wager twice.

    I have detail of my account and they will not provide a detail of their account for me.

    I will open up a dispute if I have to.

    Did you contact them? Most of the time, contacting the book will resolve it quickly.

    I have contacted 6 or 7 times. I tried to send an email to Tony but they would not give me his email address detailing my account history.

    I waited 15 minutes on live chat waiting for Tony but had to leave my house and couldn't wait any longer.

    I tried again yesterday afternoon and he was unavailable.

    If I have 15-20 minutes today I will try to contact him again.
