Well they just got me for $20. No where does it say live casino losses aren't included in figuring out the monthly rebate, so instead of getting my 8%, I finished $12 shy of reaching their $250 loss mark. Had live casino counted, which it says no where that it doesn't, i could have been over the markt, and got 8%. first time i'm down on Heritage

We turned on the Live Dealer during the month of July and had not developed the rebate program to include the Live Dealer.

We are close to completing this and will include the Live Dealer in the Casino Rebate program and recalculate the rebate or add to accounts where necessary. We expect it to be completed in the next day or two.

I think casino rebates at any site should be on net losses during a 24 hour period, For example If I deposit $500 on monday and win $5000, then I go back on wednesday and blow $5500 you should get a rebate for the $5500 lose. All casino rebate programs suck.
