    heritage = Heri-garbage

    I just spoke to roger customer service from heri-garbage about live casino. I just want to check it out their live

    casino, and I asked them about the preview on their casino. For some reason they are so protective on their

    casino and decline to give me a preview on their casino. This is my conversation between me and

    this garbage book. If you guy have a live casino picture about this garbage book post them on here. I want

    to see how garbage it look thank you.

    I like heritage. Never played in the live casino, but I once played at a place called firstlivecasino like in 1997ish. I think they turned out to be a rogue casino.

    But yes when he isn't around the "higher ups" are very by the book. Probably because they don't want to "mess up" while the boss is away..

    so let me get this straight

    You ask why you can't login
    Your account is inactive
    You ask to see a preview
    They tell you that you have to log in first to be able to see it (it's how their system works, you need to login in order to view the casino)
    You dont like their answer that you have to become an active user before seeing the live casino

    Conclusion - they are a garbage book because you don't like the answer they give you.

    Their live casino is the same as Legends which is the same as 5 Dimes used to have. They share all the same dealers or the same casino service. It was just upgraded recently.

    Roger in CSD is a great guy ... I know him well and I bet if you ever met him ion person you'd agree ... he's a really difficult person NOT to like.

    But here's a fact for you: Roger simply doesn't have access to the live casino. He just doesn't. So he was wholly unable to just "press the print screen button and send [you] an email". So you were barking up the wrong tree on that one I'm afraid.

    I am truly sorry you were disappointed by Roger's response to your question and I sincerely hope that whatever sportsbook or casino at which you eventually do decide to deposit will better be able to suit your needs.
