    Betsafe limits me to 1%

I recently opened an account at Betsafe.
The first impressions were good and the odds were sometimes good too, sometimes not.
I signed up there deposit €50 to get 50% bonus, therefore I must place a total of €300 at evens or higher.
But after my first bet, which I won, they immediatly limit me to 1% of the normal bet limit.
After contacting the live-chat, the support agent told me that it was just conform the terms, because there is a rule that they can limit every player from The Netherlands (country where I live in), so there was nothing to say against it.

The problem is that I can't withdraw and if I want to I must give up my winnings and bonus, if I want to clear my bonus I must place bets of €1,50-€3, that's not acceptable to me. So what can I do against it, or what would you do in my situation?

I find it hard to believe that they limited you because of the country you are. More likely because you placed a bet on Brasiliero B footy or something silly like that.

Sorry for maybe not being clear, but I think they limit me because of the winning bet, It was an dropping odd and I profited from it, but for winning 1 bet isn't reasonable to limit me..

I have limits in this bookie since I opened the account. Your country is very important for their limiting policy...

If they have limited your staking so that you can't meet their turnover requirements you should be allowed to withdraw funds without meeting those requirements.

I note you say they have out you at 1% of staking limits, this still should be sufficient to meet the turnover requirement if you wager on major events such as major top tier soccer leagues.

You weren't limited for winning, you would've been limited if you lost too. You were limited because your first bet was on a stale price which says your not a gambler but a mistake bettor - they know you will only wager on mistakes and stale prices so you will be a losing customer for them. Feel free to keep dong that, but at least be smart enough not to do it with your first bet and don't expect to last long at any book.

I'm not a mistake bettor, it's just that I don't want to play at low odds and I saw this was a high value bet.
But of course it wasn't smart play from my side, but to limit me at 1% is a bit too extreme in my opinion..

Betsafe is pure rubbish and everyone should know about it. Don't deposit your money there. I also got limited to amounts like 1 euro 36 cents after my first couple of bets.
All bets that I applied for manual approval kept getting rejected, so I took my money out of there in a rush.
I have read a couple of threads in this forum regarding Betsafe, and it's always the same issue with these ridiculous limits. Just browse SBR forum for Betsafe. I never read anyone having anything good to say about Betsafe. It would be interesting to know if there is anyone out there with a good experience in this book.

I like the odds from betsafe. I think they have the same odds like betsson.

Somebody knows a sportsbook, who has the same odds like betsson and betsafe ?

Its a bet you've placed purely because they had a price that was stale, "dropping odd and i profited from it", majority of books will limit you based on that behaviour. Even more so if it was an obscure/dodgy soccer league which it probably was I assume? Its something you will have to live with in general or change your betting patterns. Of course you think its extreme, you want to win money off them, but why would they let you keep doing that if they don't have to?

You are certainly entitled to withdraw your funds and your winnings though in my opinion without meeting their turnover requirements if they won't allow you to wager sufficient stakes to meet those requirements.

I'm now limited to 20 cent at little markets and 1 euro at bigger markets,
now it's even so low that placing a bet isn't worth the time..
Has someone of SBR spoken with Betsafe?

And I talked again with an agent from Betsafe, he said that if I forfeit my bonus I will only lose my bonus and not my winnings.
But according to the terms I will lose my winnings: "9. If you cancel your bonus you will then lose your bonus and any winnings generated from your bonus." I've got the conversation at a screenshot.

So what do I have to do? Has anyone advice?

bookiebutcher, you wont "butcher" them for sure. Everyone is limited there, just like you.

About bonus, probably they must allow cancellation since they limited you so severely.I believe there will be no problems if you cancel it. But you can ask them again via mail.

    Unbelievable silly bookie,
I talked again to a agent, now she said that I lose my winnings .
Why did the first guy told me that I can withdraw without losing anything,
and why am I double screwed (limit and no withdraw).

    Could SBR arrange something?

EDIT: the support agent told me, as if it was funny, "Federica: What I would suggest is to complete the wagering requirement
Mattheus Johannes Pronk: yes but how?
Federica: And once you complete it you can withdraw
Mattheus Johannes Pronk: if I can only bet 30 cent
Federica: You just continue playing "

    funny :')

bets10 is not better than betsafe... I am allowed to bet around 5-10£ bets and maybe 20£ if the price is 1.10... All the European bookmakers are like that though and if you don't know about that, you are either a newbie or you know nothing about betting... I am not saying that the bookmakers are right but you should have known that they would limit you after a few clever bets..
