I don't even know where to start . Dealing with US books with W@U and M@G turned out to be a nightmare .
I had pyouts that got messed up . So i wasn't been able to pick up the funds $9600 in total . Since friday i have been going back and forward from emailes
phone calls W@U and M@G locations . Names amounts locations are messed up .
Mistakes happen and except able but not at this rate .
The icing on the cake comes from DSI . Wanted to make a deposite . Requested W@U name via email (the best choice to avoid the mistakes)
Well the country wasn't the right one . Fine !Called W@U . Needed to go back and change it .
Paid $20 fee . OK .Took a cab (too tierd i work oiver night ) /I had a beer . Got home
send a new confirmation \# # . All good . Half an hour later

Called DSI to finalize . Got disconected . RUN OUT OF MY phone MONTHLY LIMIT . Becouse i have been on the phone with W@U ** and 2 other sportsbooks 24/7 . TRYING TO GET WHAT IS MYIN and fix the mistakes .
Got on the chat agent tells me my transaction is rejected . DSI messed up the anount . They will resobmit the new one . Fine ! Again nothing happens .
Called back again . agent tells me TO call w@u for the correct ammount .By this time every agent recognized by my voice ) (BY THIS TIME I AM LIKE THE NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOR)I tell him i have it printed and they are the one who messed up .
The conversation between me and Liana ( I am sure it is recorded)


So after few hours 11:00 till now 18:50 . I have been paid half .
Actually my run around started on thursday.
DSI for whatever reason never credited my account . I work overnight and i hadn't look at one single game (i was buisy on the phone and running from location to location)
Taxi $22
Cancelling W@U $20
Reloading the phone $22.60
Having no funds in my account is priceless .
I am up on the books but DOWN on the actual funds $$$ are flowing in the air .
F@ck DSI if they don't credit $$$ I'll cancell the transaction on sunday .
That will total $84.60 for trying to deposit .

Finally at 21:00 the problem has been solved . I believe it was Dan .
I passed same info to every agent on 5 to 6 different occasions . I thought something was wrong , so I Called w@u AGAIN IF THE MONEY WAS PICKED UP (no the money is still available / no one claimed it). I don't know why it took them this long . All the info was available from the get go .

The run around with the mixed messages i got was something that i had never experience before .

The books with a personal touch /this shit would never happen
