So I finally tried out 5dimes the other for the Germany vs Italy. So I decided to deposit $100 via $Gram. It was a little hassle so then an hour finally went by and my money finally went into my account. They deposited $200 into my account and I thought it was a first time deposit bonus like betislands and other sites so i played it. Bet all $200 on germany and of course loss. So today i logged back into my account and it says -$100 and i logged into live chat and talked to two service reps which both told me the same thing that it was my fault and i need to pay back the 100 to make my account back to zero. I told them it wasn't my fault and how the hell am i suppose to know and i thought it was a bonus. So they transferred me to a manager and the lady told me the same BS. that i spent the money that wasn't mine and i was suppose to contact them if i was aware of the extra $100. I made the deposit at like 10:30am and had the money in my account at 11:30am. I had a 15 minute window to make my bet and they want me to call and ask? wtf? and it wasn't even my fault. They said they cannot do anything about it. They said i was aware of it and that i bet it and loss so now i need to pay it. Does anyone ever have a problem like this? I mean yes i agree it's half my fault but it was their fault to begin with. I even offered them to pay only half and they pay half but the manager even said no. I have never seen a company that made a mistake on their side and did not correct the issue and try their best to make the customer happy. This is absurd.

C'mon, you didn't think to check your account balance to see why there was an extra $100? If it were me I would have went to my account and checked why I had more money than what I deposited. Then again, I'm not a bonus whore and never have been. Once you start accepting bonuses you need to then play be their rollover rules and I don't want to be beholden to them. I'd rather win money with my own money, withdraw my money plus some, then gamble with the house money that I won.

If it truly was your first ever deposit there is no way for them to know that it wasn't some sort of first deposit bonus. They are stubborn about things but you could try to Talk to Tony as he's the only one who could fix it. Worth a shot. You just have to decide if that fails if 5Dimes is worth $100 to play at. Oh an do post the chat if you do talk with Tony.

Try to talk to them again, if that does not help then just leave.

Here's the thing, I don't like Tony but 5dimes is probably the best book. If you do speak with him be prepared for him to question your character and insult your intelligence. Yet his has at times shown the ability to let things slide if you are a new customer as you say you are.

I'm not gonna lie and have no reason to. It was my first deposit ever with 5dimes. I just don't want to go through all the trouble just for $100. As I said it before and I'll say it again, It was clearly not 100 percent my fault and they have to take the blame or part of the blame somehow. Again, thank you for everyones input. You guys are truly helpful compared to the retarded live agents that I talked to.

Take the time to speak with Tony. 5 Dimes is a book worth keeping, despite what some may think. Even if you do have to pay the $100, it is a top notch book and one that can be useful.
