    RPM Poker

Anyone have any experience with them? I deposited to them with no problems, twice as many players as bet online, many of them americans, and a load of great tournaments with great prizes for decent buy ins. Obviously they have ring tables and stuff, I never had a single problem playing with them.

They're fine by today's poker standards (which aren't much) and also have accessible higher level support, but very slow on payouts. For an alternative: 5Dimes (SBR A+) has a small poker site attached that is good option. Its lineage dates back to one of the first poker sites ever (True) and the network is backed by a very trustworthy sportsbook (Bookmaker.eu - also A+) I suspect this is a better option, but again by today's standards RPM is okay.

Interesting. I checked out 5dimes since a lot people here say its legit but, it doesn't seem like many people play poker there.

The traffic volume is very similar to what BetOnline had for players before the problems, except 5Dimes has a bit more. Can get up 400 or so players during peak US hours, then at like 5AM you'll find 70 or so players.

RPM is at the mercy of the Merge Gaming Network which owned by Sportsbook.com (SBR D-) and likewise cash outs are very slow. US poker is a mess, they all suck. The only left I trust any is the Winning Poker Network which is Bookmaker, 5Dimes, True Poker and Americas CardRoom. Out of those options 5dimes has best payouts. However if wanting bonuses and promotions specific to poker can give America's CardRoom a try (an old brand of BetCRIS - SBR A+).

Edit no longer taking US players, but if you already had an account there in past can still play. Intertops is great and has traffic than any of these. (them stopping accepting new US players was a huge blow for poker. just left for what's reputable are those mentioned above).

RPM is a 2+2 sponsor. As such, they have their own sub forum and can control/edit/delete threads. One of the threads that RPM could not cover up was the one in which RPMSeth was posing/created another 2+2 account and was trying to buy RPM funds for 75 cents on the dollar. If you want to play on Merge, I would play on another skin than that one.

on payouts....no different than other merge skins. The site used to have expediated checks but that was over a year ago.

Like you said no different. One guys trying to take advantage of the network's gross slow pays, the others are a cesspool of scammers, or failed sites. Oddly enough out of them all I'd probably myself play with Poker Host (SBG Global) only because they've always handled that poker site different then they have their sportsbook and pay faster, but I wouldn't endorse a single site on this network for all the money in the world. (except non US ones: Hero Poker and Muchos Poker probably fine - GR88 might be okay too). Probably would still go with RPM due to forum presences if I was US (which I'm not) and wanted to play.
