Received email late last night from customer service rep at sportsbetting-- will be at least another 2-3 days before they have payout information in their system and can tell customers the status of their payouts that haven't been received.

Total BS- this is the third CS to tell me a different story. How is it that their first order of business is not to update all customers with pending payouts where their payout is?

I have a complaint in to Lou here.

Beyond reason that they do not have this information available.

    Hi guys,

Right now there's two general tiers of claims:

    1. Pending wagers being entered (ETA end of day). Manual process.
    2. Outstanding payout issues. This will take a little bit more to catch up, there was a stockpile of Sportsbetting.ag delinquent payments. Management will 100% honor these payments, but there will be time necessary. We're asking for a general ETA.

Thanks for staying on top of this Lou- you are a lifesaver and keeps us from going insane from the frustration.

Thanks Lou. You do a great job.

Golfnut- same issue here. I've had about 7 different customer service rep send emails saying the same b.s. to you as me......I'm getting very nervous. I appreciate Lou and bill with there updates but this still is not a great sign. The reason I say that is 2-3 days ago I was getting the same emails describing "another2-3 days".

I have filed a complaint with SBR.

I am starting to see pending futures wagers from before the merger appear. Looks like they are on track in that regard.

Received another email from a different CS rep- still no idea when all info will be 'in the system'- they'll let me know...blah, blah, blah. Totally unacceptable and won't get another dime from me.

Same here. Ive heard from about 10 different customer service reps. I wish Lou or Bill could give an honest update. Like I said a few days ago I fear that we will keep having discussions about this for the foreseeable future. When you buy a company there's no such thing as a long database turnover. It's 2012. Not 1997. I have over 17000 followers on twitter and I'm going to give this thing a little more time to play out then I will unleash the most powerful tool in marketing....word of mouth.

Looks like they have the mobile site updated for deposit and withdrawals--- too bad they can't get customers the info about their payouts that are now more than 2 months old....

I know right have no problem makin money they can keep track of that but when its time to pay out they take their sweet ass time. This is ridiculous should of had plan in place before makin merger official. Im not liken how BOL has started off.

I just want to make sure I understand what's going on... has sportsbetting.ag been purchased/taken over by BetOnline (or another sportsbook)? If so, I can now understand the delay in the receipt of four separate withdrawal requests since the first of June. This also would explain why I have been unable to speak with any of the Account Hosts that I have dealt with in the past. Until this past month, I had never had a problem with payouts from sportsbetting... especially considering that I had close to 60,000 worth of withdrawals in 2011 alone.

If the problem with the delayed payouts is due to a takeover/buyout and not sportsbetting going under and leaving me high and dry, I intend to replenish my account in time for football. At the moment, I'm having a hard time accepting the fact that I am speaking to someone with a poor grasp of the English language... makes me nervous.

You have it about right. Sportsbetting stalled on payments well before they were taken over by BetOnline. Now those stalled pending payouts can't even be seen because of the takeover and people are understandably nervous. There are thousands of payouts requests to manually look through. The good news is despite that temporary lack of tracking and communication on an individual level, your payout is in better hands and will very likely be sent to you sooner than if Sportsbetting still had it and you could check it. This especially applies for bigger balances. BetOnline is making progress and has manually went through all the pending wagers and futures. Hopefully they will have some estimates soon on when everyone will be able to use their services as BetOnline.com customers do.

I just keep getting the same standard email from customer service Lou- it will be a "few days" before they have any information. This is the 6th day in a row I have been told that it will be a few days....

Ok makes sense. I always used to withdrawl via wire transfer. So when the checks arrive via FedEx who does the package say it's "from"
