They like many other books right now(Jazz, ABC Island, and a couple more obscure books) are the victims of a recent series of Distributed Denial of Service attacks perpetuated by a group of hackers. Usually these types of attacks will persist until the hackers are either stopped, blocked or get bored and move on to another would-be victim(not necessarily another sportsbook). Quite a few sportsbooks were affected by these attacks last year and were forced to invest some serious coin in a DDoS mitigation platform.
