BWin C/S + Withdraw Issues (Sound Familiar)

    So hey guys!

Im new...and guess what...my first post and reason for signing up is to moan about BWin! Due to my issue ive had time to read the horror stories about Bwin, sadly too late. So on to my issue...

First off i've filled in the complaint form because ive only heard good stuff about that process on here. Justin please help!

Right, so i signed up to Bwin many years ago, never got to deposit because at the time you had to use a CC. I have only ever had a British DC. Some years later they started taking my card, after finding myself having nothing but bad luck on the site i used the "close account" feature. Im a superstitious bugger like that, so, about 2 weeks ago, now an older, wiser, better gambler i requested the account be re-opened. After some back and forth with the CS team it was reopened. For full disclosure in this case id like to make it clear that im a small stakes customer, betting sports and some casino play from anything from £2.00 stakes up to £20.00 on any sports bet. I have deposited £100 in that time. On the 19th April i had a good day by my standards. Sanctioning withdrawals of £30, £40, £70 and £70 totalling £210. I was messaged saying i needed to provide ID, i did, it was quite promptly verified. Since then i have emailed them several times asking where my withdrawals have gone. Why i havent had an email saying they'd been processed and nothing back. This worries me because before this point they had got back to my emails within 1 hour. I know some will say its only 3 days stop panicing but it strikes of that same old story. I was trying to withdraw it to Paypal too which with 100% of the other companies i use happens within 2 hours. Boylesports for example have the money in your Paypal within 90mins of you requesting it.

My question is this, should i worry, is it normal for them not to email you back, is it normal for them to not email you about your withdrawals as they said they would? When should i begin to worry because from what i heard happens next is they either take a month to withdraw your cash or they close your account. Im assuming they cant find anything wrong with my account seeing as they had to scrutinise it twice, once to re-open it, second to verify my ID.

    Thanks to all in response!

Also does no email response normally mean bad stuff to follow or are they known to do this and still cone through on payouts?

they take alot of time to verify your account, if you didnt do nothing wrong they will send your money no worries, they are know for closing accounts and keep winnings to multiple accounts holders.

unfortely their CS is totaly crap, they dont ignore the emails but it takes days them to respond, and normaly they respond with a generic answer that does solve anything.

Previous to trying to take money out the CS had been real prompt with getting back to me. Has anyone else had Paypal dealings with them?

Case settled. They paid this morning, which in fairness is quite good if you remove the weekend. Guess i read the horror stories, noted they were ignoring my emailed and worried. Glad i wasnt one of the burned ones!
