Been waiting since 3/27 for a $2195 cheque, I have had constant contact with my acct host and continue to be told to be patient and I will get my money or they are experiencing some holds and problems at their bank. 5 days ago I was told hopefully the cheque will arrive within the next 3 weeks because they have been so good I have been patient but it is getting very frustrating! I guess its not just the US having problems!

At this point, I would probably even agree to take a ** payout, but nothing like that is available through this book.

Just chatted with 'Jack White', withdrawal specialist through their on-line chat. They still have no idea when withdrawals will be sent. They are now saying between 10 and 63 business days, not calendar, but business days. They admit they are having major issues, but that doesn't help the fact they can't get withdrawals to people while many other books can.

It's a total joke. SBR needs to investigate and find out what is really going on because this book couldn't care less about telling their clients the truth.

How About A Response From Them Here?

So it seems there are many book representatives who are signed up on this site and are quick to respond/defend their actions. It would go a long way to restoring some confidence in and credibility on the part of Sportsbetting.ag to actually make a public statement here about what is happening. All of this cloak and dagger, smoke and mirrors nonsense is really alienating those of us who have tried to remain patient through all of this. I think we can all agree that, although we are none too happy with prolonged delays, if we were actually given some accurate information it would restore our collective faith in this book's ability to make good on its promises.

agreed, a public response would be nice. However, they are not even responding in private to the customers who are being slow payed. Its a combination of the inability to pay (probably processor issues) and just brutal customer service. No matter what business they are in, you need the ability to communicate with your clients. They are awful. Decent CS/communication and this problem may not look like the disaster it feels like.

Chatted with them yesterday. The guy I spoke with seemed to be pretty honest. Supposedly they are in the process of switching to different intermediate banks to handle the payout to US customers because the previous banks they used were not able to get the job done. This is supposed to all be in place by the start of Football season. As far as the current delayed payouts he guaranteed I will have my check by the end of May (Request was put in on 3/11). How convenient they have another month to play the stall game.

The only tume my so-called host responded ti my email questions asking about the status of my withdrawals is when I said I was thinking about depositing funds while waiting for my withdrawal. He wrote back saying it would be up to 63 days until I received my withdrawal, so I better deposit now so I don't miss any action. I politely said I will wait until I see my withdrawal and to please let me know the status--- haven't received a response from him....shocking.....

i am now being quoted 60 business days no matter the method. Meaning my withdrawal requested in the beginning of march and not "processed" until April 2nd, should be arriving by june 25ht. my other withdrawal processed april 24th, should be arriving by July 17th. These time frames are sounding WSEXlike.

Has SBR been in any contact with management on this awful situation??

Waited more then 30 days on a 8500.00 wire. Now calling daily and are told that the wire is not processing and it may be better to request 4 checks that have to be paid 5 days apart each. (2500.00, 2500.00, 2500.00 and 1000.00)
Here is the kicker,,,, They said they cannot issue any money till the original bank that was to wire us, refunds them the money back and they do not know when that will be.

So does this mean that we will be paid 60 business days after they get the money back from the original bank? This is sounding worse and worse each day. They've totally lost any credibility with me.

Sounds like it to me. The original bank they sent funds to has to refund them their money before they can repay everybody again through a different bank. I guess if the original bank doesn't give them the money back we don't get paid. Why are they putting us in the middle of their internal issues with the banks they use.

Any reputable posters here at SBR having issues other than Bubba or is it only posters with <10 posts?

I would like to see some feedback from actual players and not just SBR ghost accounts.

I'm about 45 days out from my last check request that I haven't seen yet. I haven't bitched though, they've paid me mid 5 figures in the past, and I expect them to continue forward.

They are just giving me the runaround right now by telling me it will be at least 20 business days before they hear from tje processor where my withdrawal by wire is. I have 2 different wires- totalling more than 15k- that were approved by sportsbetting.ag on 4/25 and 4/27. Customer service has no answers whatsoever and they just dish me off to a new customer service person each time I jump on tjeir chat. Been there for more than 5 years and never had a problem until this year. SBR should drop them to an F.

I put my request in on march 27 for 2195. This is the first time in the 10 years I have used them that they have been slow to get me my money. after talking to acct hosts once per week I finally got my tracking number dhl today. My money is on its way. If your worried about getting your money don't be, it will come just delayed and believe me I understand the frustration! As golfnut said they will get u ur money it just sucks you have to wait for it so long, I hope they get this fixed for their customers asap has always been one of my favourite sights!
I also know some very reputable heavy gamblers that continue to use this site for big plays so I wouldnt be worried of it going under!

Ive been waiting for a withdrawl that was approved on March 4th for $9500, they gave me the run around for the last few months. Today I talked to them and they told me they need me to send my last 2 months of bank statements to make sure I was not paid??? Shouldn't they know if I got paid or not.

Ive been with this book for quite a long time, and never ran into problems like this? What is going on???

Also, can anyone let me know if they've had success with the sportsbook complaint to help speed up the payout.
