    Just 2 years ago I moved from Louisiana to Texas!

    Awhile back someone in Louisiana won a T-shirt from ESPN for winning a fantasy league and was not allowed to get it because he was from Louisiana. The guy got with a State Legislator to see if that law could be changed. It came up for a vote and was voted down because some kind of anti-gambling, pro-family group put the pressure on the lawmakers.

    Louisiana: Where you are never more than 150 miles from a casino, has a state lottery, but if you want to put some money on fantasy sports you are screwed.

    not to mention about 6 racetracks as well, numerous OTBs, and numerous coffee shops and bars with video poker machines (which are also in the OTBs)
