"Figuring it was a mistake, the player chose a neighboring state". Well, was it a mistake or does that website not allow players from La.? The fact that you would down grade a book because the player lied about where he lived if laughable. Bovada doesn't allow players from NY. If a player put NJ and then asked for a payout for his NY address would you down grade them as well?
