    My new experience with Diamond

    I set up an account with Diamond sportsbook about 2 weeks ago for their March Madness promotion and made a small deposit. I have active sportsbooks at the Greek, 5Dimes, and WSEX.

    After two weeks, I turned a small profit and requested my first payout last night. I deposited the funds via EW. There was a small amount of confusion about how to go about receiving the payout at first; however, after speaking with several representatives, we were able to clear up the confusion and everything worked out. I will be going with the ** method. I will update this post when I receive the funds.

    I must say that this book is refreshing for the following reasons:

    1.) The customer service reps are absolutely terrific. They speak clear english and are very polite. I do not feel like I am hasseling them when I call, unlike several other books. They explained everything to me in a clear manner and remained very curtious.

    2.) The bonus program is not confusing and remains upfront. I was told I would have a 5x rollover on my opening deposit, and that is exactly what it meant. No gimmicks.

    3.) They offer lines not available at other books. I love Futbol Brasil and I can bet on Gaucho, Mineiro, and Paulista soccer. I have never seen these lines at my other books.

    4.) I like the design of the site. It is easy to navigate and make bets quickly and easily.

    5.) Every wager I have placed has been graded within 20 minutes of the event being concluded. This is amazing seeing that I waited 8 hours last Thursday at a different book to have a soccer wager graded.

    Those are a few things I have found excellent with this book. I will wait until my withdrawal has been concluded and I receive the funds before I transfer the majority of my money into this book or fully refer friends and players; however, so far, it looks like a champion. I will keep my account at 5dimes loaded for the reduced juice option which I like; however, I think most of my other money will be wagered at Diamond in the future.

    I am a new customer. No shill here dude. I have accounts at 5Dimes, Wsex, and the Greek. I have been betting online for more than 6 years. I have been active at covers for more than 3 years. I don't post here often; however, I decided to give a ongoing review of the book.

    I stated in my previous post, " I will update this post when I receive the funds." and "I will wait until my withdrawal has been concluded and I receive the funds before I transfer the majority of my money into this book or fully refer friends and players."

    Therefore, you need to get your facts straight first before making ignorant accusations. Read the whole thread before you start rambling like a dumbass.

    Plus, how can anyone argue that the reps are not the best in the business. Why don't you call up 5 of the top books, translate what they say into english, then decide which is better. I love taking shit for simply posting an ongoing review.

    Are you really so paranoid to think I am a shill. Do you frequently get beat on ebay by shills or something? It is hard for me to comprehend how you do not have the ability to process information by logic.

    Casi your problem was fixed man. Do you not understand just how good you have it with DSI and Bookmaker?

    People have had hundreds of thousands of dollars stolen from them from other rougue sportsbooks. But you have a 3 page complaint about 1 misgraded wager that happens once in a blue moon at DSI/Bookmaker and gets corrected 100% of the time. Just be glad that you will be paid 100% of the time. Be thankful man.

    Now Trends I'm pleased that you like our book... remember that we too have a Live Chat when you just don't feel like speaking over the phone (hell... I would sometimes just want for a machine to write my thoughts... but oh well....).

    My problem with DSI is not fixed.

    And yep i fail to understand "how good i have it" with those guys, i just have to look at my 9k Pinny withdrawal which was processed in under 15minutes (all to Neteller woohoo!) to know what the real A+ books are here.

    As a stated in the first post, I will update the review upon reception of the payout. Sure enough, the payout went smoothly as well. I requested the funds via ** on Tuesday, March 31st. I was told by the CS rep to call back Friday to see if the confirmation number was in. I called back Friday and they gave me the reference number. I went to ** and got my cash in 5 minutes. I used my free payout (1 per month). The reps told me I got lucky because it usually takes 7-10 business days for future reference.

    Overall, great things from Diamond. I will probably keep my account loaded at 5Dimes b/c of the reduced juice; however, I am play at Diamond over my Greek and Wsex accounts for sure.
