I can't even start to explain all the difficulties I've had with this horrid site.
It took 3 months to get the "documentation" issue resolved and then when I did get my check it was in a box and torn. Now I'm going to pay extra for their bs. see below. I attached a pdf of what I got.. I attache

THERE WAS NO ENVELOPE. IT WAS IN A FRIKKING BOX. IT'S YOUR FRIKKING SHIPPING DEPT.
CHECK HOW THEY SENT IT
DON'T YOU THINK I WOULD OF BEEN ABLE TO TAPE A PIECE THAT WAS THAT BIG EVEN IF I DID TEAR IT.
Ok I'll pay it just to get my money but it's bs and you know it.I'm never spending another dime with you.
I am withdrawing the rest of my account unless you'll find a reason to keep that too.

With all due respect, I really think this was a case where you torn the check when opening the envelope and not that the processor send it that way. This are my questions: 1- We were charged $25.00 to process check . Who will paid for that ? 2- We will request stop payment that will cost another $30.00. Who will paid for that? 3- We will resend another check or ** or ********** that will have an additional fee. Who will paid for that ? . Please let us know how do you want we proceed .
