    Canbet - Dormant Account

    Just logged into my Canbet account and my funds have been removed due to dormant account status. No communication or warning from CS, nothing.

    I have raised a complaint item via the forum form but what's people's view on here, have I lost all the funds?

    Did you exhaust all your avenues to resolve it with Canbet first?

    some books have invented "inactivity fee" which they can charge you for not using the account. it is blatant way of stealing your funds.
    i guess swiss banks wish they had such clause with all pre-WW2 accounts... they wouldnt need to return the money now.
