    10bet Withdrawal

Hi guys, Any advice would be much appreciated, as am new to SBR.

At what point I should start moving on 10bet for non payment of withdrawal?

Requested 9 days ago Monday 5th, and their (albeit friendly) CS said it would be processed within 5 working days.

Obviously well past that now. No bonuses were ever issued so there isn't any issue on that side; just simply their slow paying habit has obviously not been supressed!

I email once a day to chase them and receive a reply more or less immediately with the "soon as possible" remark! Getting a bit boring especially as I could be reinvesting in Cheltenham....

I know it's standard to be slow paid from books like this but how slow?!

    have they removed the funds?

its a little early to be crying wolf but if u feel like u are being thrown bs lines and that 2 weeks more from now u wont have a check yet then i would consider filing a complaint once ur worried. http://www.sportsbookreview.com/Spor...Complaint.aspx

Yes the withdrawal shows on the statement two days after the request but this doesn't mean it has actually been processed. Thanks for the link and advice.

    * also as a rule processed just means they do their part on their end (turn in the payout request/ subtract money from account)... they didnt tell u that u would HAVE the money in 5 working days.. so not sure which method u took.. but if check, i guess u cant complain till 31st day. :S
