FYI about Heritage cashback program
I asked today about it, and was told you have to ask to be put on it, rather than the old program which simply gave bonuses on deposits.
I then asked to be put on it and I was told by rep Alex that I can't be put onto it until I make another deposit.I just deposited last month. I wouldn't have done that had I realized they'd be requiring another one just to take advantage of cash back.

Yes. They offer cashback (up to .8% for the highest volume bettors) in addition to -108 lines.
Pretty good and I'd bet more at Heritage than anywhere else if they'd put me on it.
i had asked for my cashback and they said they wont start that program till the 15th
wow, sounds like a lot of confusion. maybe that's why there is no "live calculator" yet visible that shows how much you have coming back/placed so far. I didn't see anything in the announcement about it only starting the 15th.Originally Posted by 2 Kids
Clarification
As a point of clarification, ALL customers are automatically enrolled in our Reduced Juice-Cash Back Program.
We used February 20th as the launch date for the program and all wagers beginning on that date forward will be considered for the Cash Back program. Our first of the quarterly Cash Back dates will be on April 1st and clients will automatically be credited with cash back to their accounts. Remember, there is NO ROLLOVER on the cash back amount.
There will be an opportunity for anyone to opt-out of the Reduced Juice-Cash Back program, if they wish to stay on our current bonus plan (no reduced juice applies). We obviously feel that the advantages of the new program far out-weigh the alternative.
We will have the cash back counter live this week so you can follow along with your cash back totals.
Sorry for any confusion and we expect our loyal clients to benefit by this great new program.

Can you confirm one question I have? In the past similar software did not count "Leverage Plays" towards rewards.
If I place a wager on the Bulls for the first half risking $100...and I decide to create a "Leverage Play" with the winnings from that wager rolling over to Mavericks risking $100, can you confirm if BOTH $100 wagers count towards the cash back program?
Obviously they should both count as I'm risking the Leverage Play money just like any other play, but in the past similar software did not count the "2nd Leg" in its calculations. Thanks for any insight!
You say it's on all wagers. The CS rep who explained the "cash back" to me stated it was only on select sports (mlb, nfl, nba) and types of wagers (ie no 1H/2H, parlays, etc would not count). Can you please clarify this? I originally assumed it was on all action, but was told differently.
ehp- If you goto the main Heritage website, and click Promotions on the top right. Then click Cash Back Details...it states:
- Cash Back rebate is based on Risk Amount for all straight wagers placed on NFL, NCAA, and NBA full game sides and totals and full game baseball totals.
- All other bets (including money lines) up to and including -500 are paid Cash Back Reward at half value.
So going by these details 1H/2H, parlays, etc. would fall under the Cash Back being paid at half value

Heritage Insider said last week the live calculator will be available sometime this week they hope.

The Live Cash Back counter will be up in a couple days.
Its been developed and tested, and we are in the final stages of assigning the customers. Sorry for the delay, but before we put something into production, we want to make sure we are 100%.

I just glanced at it for a few seconds but if I'm reading it right if you make large but infrequent wagers it would make sense to a bunch of small wagers to meet the quota so you full cashback on the bigger wagers?

What it basically does it make -108 lines more like -107 lines, if you get to the top level of .8%.
I thought I'd be there but it says I'm only at .6%.
Exceptions: All money lines or plays that are not football, basketball sides or totals or baseball totals, will be paid at half value (.4%).Most bets are half value.
thanks for clearing up things. sounds great. everything at the site seems great. well thought out. except 1 thing. trying to find out which games will be for live betting, you have to call, get transferred,then someone asks a manager which games are live betting games. there has to be a better way, maybe even a schedule at the site.
just noticed the banner for live betting on all sweet 16 games. would be great to keep us informed of all games in the future that are live. ---- checked my cash back. it's 0. do others have an amount of cash in cash back already or does this start april 1st.
^ as far as I know, live betting is a special thing. They had it for some tournament games, and all the games starting yesterday are supposed to be live betting.
I haven't really seen it before that.
As for cash back, yes it has started calculating. See a few posts up where I posted my chart.

I don't see the link for the counter... Where exactly is it on the page? I have looked at the top and don't see it.
Very top right when you login (to the right of your available balance)
You have to click the little symbol next to where it says "Cash Back" (with a dollar amount).
Heritage Insider, could you please clarify whether all customers are eligible? I do not have the counter link.
If you are deemed "non-recreational", you don't get the cashback. Which would be fine, except that Heritage defines non-recreational as anyone who has not lost a boatload of money against them. I've seen some wide-set vaginas in my travels, but nothing in the sportsbook industry quite like Heritage.
