    Still has to beat the Federal ban -- and then the floodgates will open. But there will be a lot of opposition - churches, the leagues, other gambling interests...... this fight will be a whie.

    Once the federal law gets overturned by one state... the floodgates WILL open. Rhode Island, New Jersey, California and Iowa have all shown interest lately, along with Delaware.
