5dimes requesting sensitive info for payout

Just wanted to check with the community if it is normal for 5dimes to be requesting the following information before I can make a withdraw and if it is safe to send them this info:

Copy of cred.it card - front and back
    Copy of drivers license
    Copy of utility bill

Has anyone else had to do this? Seems to me like I'm just handing my identity over to them so I'm a bit skeptical/cautious.

That's standard procedure if you deposit by plastic.

use p2p to deposit from now on and you will never have to go through verification crap to get payouts...makes things ALOT easier...just ask and they process it

Kind of crappy that this info isn't presented up front when you are actually making the deposit.

True, they have no problem taking your money without confirming it's actually you, but when you decide to cash out, they always need to confirm it's you.

But yes every book does this...Standard.

same everywhere - easy to deposit, and of course it happens with the speed of light. then if you win. and play at a book that does pay you, there may be a few hoops to jump thru first. and it will take a little longer to get your money than it did to put it in. with good reason. especially when you live in the US. as i do.

ive used p2p for 15 years and NEVER had a single problem sending or recieveing money...this includes amounts over 1k many many times as well...and nothing has changed latley either, as do this pretty much every week and the only method i bother to use...

its safe and by far easiest way to deposit to avoid verification crap

I believe it's only with a CC. Have someone else verify this though.

ya do they ask for the same stuff if you request payout by check?

like if you deposit via cc and request payout by check, since I hear check takes like 2-3 days via FedEx

It doesnt matter what kind of payout you request (check, p2p, wire, etc). It only matters what form you used to deposit. So if you deposited with plastic than you'll need to send over all the docs OP mentioned, regarldless of the type of w/d method you choose.

And yes 2-3 days for a check from my experience with 5D, but 2-3 days AFTER all your paperwork is in order, not 2-3 days from when the payout request was submitted.

Just as a good practice, whenever I used to deposit w/cc I would always just send over all the necessary docs when I initially made a deposit, just so I wouldnt have to do it when I requested a payout and have to wait for them to process docs and slow down my payment.

Is there an alternative to copy of utility bill/phone bill as it isn't under my name?

Wasnt aware of this, my book is 5dimes and ive made cash deposits and also CC deposits using an ex's card. will this cause problems during my payout? is there any way around this???? Feeling a bit boxed in with a few K on my account

Edit: They confirmed that I need to do a full authorization process to get my money. I can give them all of my info, but the problem is it wouldnt match the info on the CC that was used to make a few of the deposits. Can anyone help?
