I have mentioned several times in the past how I have not been satisfied with Customer Service at many books. However, I just signed up with betDSI to become an SBR Pro again.
I received prompt responses whenever I asked a question. I spoke with Ginger in Private Chat and when she didn't immediately know the questions she politely asked "Are you able to hold while I check on that for you?".
I'm tired of wondering if my message is getting through at other sportsbooks because I have to wait 2 or 3 or 5 minutes just to get a response from these people after asking a question. Would it hurt them to say "one second please" like Ginger from betDSI does?
I've found a new sportsbook that I hope to be with for some time.
