I just wanted to give Jon and his staff a big shoutout and let them and all of you guys know how well they have treated me since I have played there. I have played at well over 10 online books before and BetIslands, by far, has had the best CS I have ever seen. They handle things very professionally but also go out of their way to please their players. I highly recommend this book and I'm sure other's on here can back me on that. Again thanks BI for all that you do and don't think that it doesn't go unrecognized, because we all are all watching!
