    Bwin closed my account

    Good morning

I signed up at bwin last week made a deposit of $ 50 and received $ 50 bonus.

Bet on the victory of bologna on internazionale in the Italian championship with odds 7.50 and hit (bologna wins by 3-0).

On the same day I sent my identity document to the house, and received confirmation two days after he was confirmed and everything was ok.

I tried to access the site to make another bet but could not because my account was blocked. I contacted the house, and after two days I received a message saying that my account was permanently closed because it reneged on the terms of the house and grounds that:
    - In case of suspected manipulations or fraud, and in case of any violation of these Terms and Conditions, in particular the multiple simultaneous participation in games and the opening of several accounts, the company may exclude the respective client placing further bets and from participating in other games. Any criminal or suspicious activity may be reported to the authorities. In this case, the company will pay the client any real money balance in his betting account after deducting a processing fee of 10%, where it has been obtained legally. Bonuses or profit from them, which have not been obtained legally shall be canceled in its entirety.

However not committed any fraud, I accessed my account only once and was made of my house, besides never having any sort of registration at bwin.

I read several forums on the internet about stealing cases, bwin customers winners, and I think my be another case in point.

They got in touch asking for my data to give back the $ 50 I deposit, but I want you to pay the full value of my account that is $ 750.

I ask for help because I saw that Justin has been able to resolve similar cases. I put my hand to further information that may be needed.

    Paulo
