They're well known, lots of media ant etc. but from my experience, it's one of the dirtiest bookies i've encountered.

They changed my bet once but unfortunately, I didn't make any screenshots to prove it (and didn't know that SBR exists at that time). I was betting on a basketball handicap -23.5 (odds 1.85). Bwin had the smallest handicap on the market and others had 1-3 pts higher handicap. So, I logged into my account and went to the handicap market for that game. I assume they were changing the handicap right that moment since I they had two handicap lines -23.5 and -24.5 visible with the same odds of 1.85!!! Well, I can agree it's kind of a mistake from their side and one of the handicaps shouldn't be there. I tried to place my bet on the smaller handicap and to my surprise it was accepted. I checked my betting history and it was right there in my account with the handicap of -23.5. Great. Then I went to that game and the team I was betting on won the game by 24 pts. Seems that handicap shopping paid off and I was saved by that 0.5 pts. It seemed so just until I returned home and logged into my account to see that there are no winnings in my account. I opened history and I couldn't believe my eyes my handicap is -24.5 pts! Even voiding the accepted bet seemed like an unlikely event but how the f@@k can you change my handicap??? I wrote them a few emails about this and threatened to contact their license company about such fraud but all I got was some generic responses. As I said, I didn't make a screenshot of their fraud since I didn't even believe that this could be possible...

i have used bwin for 4-5 months and i have a lot of issues :

    1. void bet without reason
2.accepting bets after a goal was scored (live betting)
    3. account closed without reason
    4. they reply to your e-mails after one weak
    5.after they re-opened it,i was limited

i have also used 188bet and no issue with them.

    Great video Justin.

I'm surprised BWIN even communicate with SBR. On the casino side of things they refuse to deal with any outside mediators/dispute resolution services.

I haven't seen any real casino disputes. Have you heard of one?

Video is flat out scary . Imagine RAS followers ? . You hit the nail on the head even if it was a syndicate the bet should have been voided before the game. BWIN is constantly asleep at the wheel. They put out that many bad lines it's not funny . How can they still be rated a B- ?

I can't find the specific complaint anymore, but here is the advisory from Casinomeister.

Bwin removed from the Accredited Section
Just a heads up that Bwin has been removed from the accredited section. They have expressed to us that they will not discuss any player issues. PABs with them are dead in the water, so they will be added to our No Can Do section.

They have also demonstrated that they do not value their affiliates with recent retroactive terms that can be considered predatory.
