BetOT/BetPhoenix Take $350 from my account

I was paid $3800 by BetOT by Moneybookers.
A payout that I literally waited MONTHS for.
But they have taken $350 from my account.

I was assured serveral times by support that I had met all requirements, if this had not been the case I would have fulfilled my requirements before asking for a payout.

This should not be allowed to players who have been messed about for months by these people.

This probably has something to do with the new line they recently slipped into their terms and conditions which states that "Cash bonuses may not be paid out of the account. They are non-cashable" This is a crazy term, making the cash bonuses much worse than a freeplay. Now they're trying to impose it retroactively to steal from people. I get more and more worried about this place by the day and the fact that Richard doesn't answer emails certainly doesn't help.

Then what the hell is the point of offering a bonus? Just so you still have money to bet with if you lose all of your own "real" deposited money? That's garbage.

It's a "sticky bonus". These can be exploited also, but the math is a little different.

Ah, so a sticky bonus that has already been freed up can be cashed out but anything else disappears upon withdrawal instead of staying in the wagering balance.

Do sticky bonuses become available for withdrawal in a way that's pro-rated like a regular bonus or is it all or nothing? Like, if I deposit $1K and get a $100 bonus (with 3x rollover) and I bet the $1K and win, $30 of the bonus becomes available for withdrawal in addition to the winnings.

Absolutely right and 100% goes against the terms as posted by betot's own rep on betot's own thread (not to mention the terms on betot's site):

Seems like pheonix is up to some jazette tactics, stealing from players is not cool, whats up sbr any word on these bonuses being taken from these players after they are awarded or do you guys need to get your money first. Seems like your sponsor books have been running into some issues and I have yet to see you lower any of their ratings much less give an honest opinion. Guess anyone can be bought. So much for an unbiased review forum... I will keep searching.

I got this reply from Richard:

"it is in their rules. go read them, and those were there from day 1. We are having to pay a high price for their lack of sound business practice, and you should be happy you actually got out of there at all. I am dealing with OT players with REal money items first, and we can revisit this later."

    Richard:
I was told I had met all requirments, and never once informed that the $350 would be deducted.
I should be happy that I'm getting my money at all? Is this the way you think a sportsbook should be run?

Likewise Ballpark - the fact is they weren't there from day 1, in fact alex from betot makes it crystal clear it was a cashable bonus as I've posted above. This is in response to three people asking the very question of it being cashable.

I just wanted to make things clear on the 50% Cash Bonus terms to cash out, just like it says "Cash bonus" these means it is cash, cash means it could be withdrawn.

Why would three people ask the question if it had been there? Why would betot's own rep say it was cashable if it had been there? Why does it say on this very page it's cashable?

If anyone has not yet sent a complaint form, and still has an issue with BetOT, please submit one.
