A CentreBet (SBR rating D+) player tells SBR that he was not paid after the sportsbook closed accounts belonging to Norwegian residents on 14 October 2011. CentreBet set a deadline of 11 November 2011 for player withdrawals from Norway. The player held a balance of 543.34 NOK ($90.5). His last bet was placed during the summer. The player claims that he received no email notification to request his balance. SBR is investigating this sportsbook dispute.
On 21 September 2011, SBR lowered CentreBet's rating to D+ after the sportsbook cheated a player in a live betting dispute. CentreBet suspended a football market on Beneifica vs Arsenal mid-match, voiding a player's winning €2,500 wager. CentreBet did not dispute the player's version of the facts or elaborate on its action to SBR.
