    why don't offshores deal in cash

    easy to send and receive. one per month each way. would eliminate a ton a hassle.

    I wouldnt even send cash fedex or ups

    And you already can "send/recv" cash. It's called w/u or m/g

    Great idea, mail a perfect stranger a envelope of cash and trust both sides will be honest about the contents and receipt should an issue arise.
