Unfortunately, the type of action that is coming from you and many other players at Gamblers Underground is not welcome at Betjoint.com. In checking the Gamblers Underground website for the past days and then well beyond, it is extremely apparent that most of the players that have come into Betjoint.com from that forum are of a ‘scalper’ or ‘follower’ nature and certainly not ‘recreational’ players by any means. There are daily posts on the site that expose and/or recommend potentially weaker lines at a certain sportsbook on particular games or events. As a result, as many as 50 or more of the posters who have come in from that site are repeatedly playing those exact, same games on a daily basis. That type of action does NOT constitute recreational play. In tracking by IP addresses and other means, it has also become apparent that many of the Gamblers Underground players actually opened multiple accounts at Betjoint.com under either assumed or associate names in order to exceed the posted betting limit(s) on certain events or games. Those violators were then playing the maximum allowed per event on multiple accounts by following the game recommendation(s) posted on the Gamblers Underground site. Whether you were involved in that particular violation or not is irrelevant. The point is that your style of play as a scalper or follower (win, lose or draw) has been deemed as extremely non-recreational.
Just so you know, one of the main persons connected with Gamblers Underground has known the Betjoint.com CEO for a number of years. Due to his longstanding relationship with our CEO, Betjoint.com even went so far as to grant the Gamblers Underground players a 50% Free Play bonus with only a 10X rollover, something that had never been done in the history of the Company. That 50% Agreement was originally intended to be a Holiday Season bonus only, but to show good faith, it was continued for the month of January and into the first few days of February as well.
To thank Betjoint.com for the extended efforts and generosity on behalf of the Gamblers Underground players, most of the GU players became an integral part of a scalping and/or follower scheme that advised how to maximize profit potential by using Free Play bonuses and playing what were deemed as the weaker lines on particular games or events at Betjoint.com as it was vig-free when using our extremely generous and gifted Free Plays. The posters at Gamblers Underground were often times further advised to go play the other side at another book that offered reduced vig and/or try to obtain a potential ‘middle’ or in most cases, guarantee either a profit or a no-loss situation.
A large number of the accounts that came in from the 50% Free Play ads on Gamblers Underground, and then violated one or more of the Rules of Betjoint.com, are now closed. Per our website Rules, any account(s) that Management deems are openly violating the Rules will, regardless of origin, be closed immediately as well.
In the meantime, you can request a withdrawal by either Moneybookers or Neteller. As we have always done in our history, we will do our best to accommodate your withdrawal requests in a timely and appropriate manner. If you have further questions, you can address them to the Gamblers Underground Forum as the Moderator has been notified in writing of similar but additional detail.
