Hey guys, I'm new to SBR but not to gambling (although ive only been doing online sportsbets for about 6 months). I started off with a betus account (I am ashamed to say without doing any research).
So far, I personally have not had any problems with this site. The customer service is lackluster at best, but what do you really need that for?
My first cashout was for 1K, and that took about 10 business days (plus the standard $50 fee). Since then, however, I have made two more cashouts. Once I cashed out 2700 on a sunday and recieved my check that thursday. Last monday I cashed out 3K and recieved the money on friday.
My roommate on the other hand cashed out his entire account (around $250) and it took 3-4 weeks for the check to come in the mail.
Im guessing his delay was due to him cashing out his entire account as well as me being a more "preferred player" (for lack of a better word) than him since i have been betting more and at much higher monetary values.
Thoughts? Opinions? Should I get my money out of betus and try a "recommended" sportsbook?

Not sure about the live betting part but I have been with Betus now for a while and have only made 2 cashouts but so far everything has been pretty good for me too. So unitl I have problems with them I will stay with them.
