Haven't been there but if I were to make the journey in march next year would I be able to bet Aussie rules and rugby league(nrl)?

I've never seen a book there that has that up...my answer would be no.

    Thanks Laz!

I guess if that's the case Vegas is good for Americans only! For such a big place how could they not cover all sports? Does it come back to American gambling laws again? Lame Vegas!

You won't find lines anywhere on those events. Most places don't even book the largest soccer markets.

It has nothing to do with Gaming Commission laws, if that's what you mean.

The sportsbooks in NV are unimaginitive, and almost all of them are afraid to take a bet on a major American sport.
Sports offered and betting options for those sports are very limited.

So it does exist? When i think vegas, i think you can bet on everything, why would NV be afraid, seems strange, its certainly not advertised as a place to be afraid to take a bet.

You can always ask books to put up a line or a prop for you. I've done it, if it's not completely esoteric they'll often give it a shot - ARF should qualify...they'll prob take it off the 'net anyways.

I was just there 2 weeks ago and saw none of the books I went to with it up or on sheets anywhere.

Americans wouldn't bet on that "sport"... why would the books put up lines for it?
