    Boylesport feedback?

We received a request to rate them. What experiences, good or bad have you had with them?

My experience with boyle have been very good. I have deposited several times and withdrawed my whole balance serveral time. Never any issues getting payed, I think it takes about 2 hours.

No bets canceled or anything like that, a very good bookie.

The only bad thing is that they limit you quite fast. They limit you per sportingevent, for example I was first limited on NCAAB then NHL then English football and so on.

Now i'm limited to $2 on all sports (I think).

Basically I'd echo the above. If you're going to rate Bet365 an A, Boyles would have to be an A or B+ at worst.

Stable book from a fanatical standpoint with slow moving lines IMO, however they will limit you fairly fast if you show any type of success.

I just opened at Boyles. Even if Id have not placed a bet yet, it is obvious it's a book, oriented to people, inclined to gambling, who make strange bets, reach their credit limits and lose all their money. Who bet for fun. I personally do not see any fun in loosing money, and somehow they understood it.
At first I tried to deposit from prepaid credit card, which is not allowed.
After couple of days I understood, that this is the problem. Before they told me there is a problem with my bank, then asked to send scans of the credit card and document ID.
Then I deposited with my normal credit card. After this account was blocked. They claimed this is another prepaid credit card. I answered - no, you are wrong. They asked to send scans of that credit card, and the bank statement for that card. I did. After this they asked to send scan of my passport and another bank statement with the transaction with Boyles. I do not have the latter, since it's monthly and I just executed the transaction, so I sent them just passport' scan. 1 day passed - still no answer, waitnig...
All this just to make deposit, not withdrawal.
"Unfortunately, recent trends have shown a high volume of fraud cases from the country you have registered from" - this is simply a lie. If they are so good in detecting winning customers, they could just close my aacount and cancel the deposit transaction, without giving any reason...

Never had a trouble with payout but you will get limited sooner or later. As good as 365, paddy power, coral etc IMO.

Boylesports have betting shops in Ireland, so as far as financial security is concerned, they should be at least as high as Bet365. As stated already, they do limit very quickly.

Not played here for about 6 months due to being limited but up to that point I was betting $1000 - $2000 a week with them for several months on UK/Irish horse races. Got through a few withdrawals in that time but then after one withdrawal went through for a few thousand I couldn't bet more than $2. Payouts were 3-5 days back to bank, never had any issues and were one of my favourite books to bet with.

Maybe it was an expired promotion or something and that the €20 you would have qualified for came from the default signup offer that is advertised on the website.

    Provide a link or something.

    My experience:
    - safe bookie, fast withdrawals
    - never had ethical problem with them
    - they move lines slowly, inviting you to bet on good lines. Especially for usa sports which they don't understand. after they see you do it, they may limit you; i play there very rarely and i think i am not yet limited.
    - rating? B+ perhaps.

I deposited about $300 - had a great run hitting about 13 of 15 bets.

Withdrew $1500 and it was in moneybookers account almost instantly.

Don't use them alot but my experience has been great. Probably made only 25 bets with them all up with a nice win rate - i don't use them alot. Not huge but prob $100 average - they have not limited me.

Never played at this book but it is alarming how many in this thread have had their accounts limited.

A book should not receive a good rating for this type of behavior!!! I am not a fan of the "we would love for you to play with us....unless you win." approach.

    Hello
I see you didn't had problems with them.
    Well I have.

I wanted to withdraw my 500 € (400 € deposit + 100 € profit) because they limited my account after my first bet!

Now the problem is they don't pay.

They asked for ID verification. I sent my national ID card, they asked it again (they said 'is not clear')
    Ok. I sent it again.

Now they ask for drivers license or passport!

I don't have any of these. I don't have a drivers license yet and didn't need a passport, the ID card was enough for traveling within Europe.

What can I do? Where can I report this abuse?

just explain your circumstances to them and see what other options they have for you to confirm your ID

despite being a pretty useless book they are very big in Ireland and I'm sure they won't stiff you

if you can't resolve it with them file a complaint with SBR and maybe they can help out

not sure if they are a member of IBAS which would be another alternative to seek assistance

They have a great selection of various options for all sports and I would like to play there, but after two losing bets my account is limited to 0 euros so they are absolutely useless for any serious betting.

Never had an issue with them, and consider any money I have in my account there to be as safe as is possibile in this world. I have been limited to some extent, but nothing that has affected me drastically as I use them sparingly and my usual betting stakes rarely as high or higher than £100 anyway. I find they can be especially slow to move their futures prices, especially on US sports, and on Divisional betting in particular so you can usually find a bit of value there.

As mentioned, beating moves on a regular basis will likely get you limited quickly so I would say that they are more for the "recreational" punter rather than anyone who knows what they are doing.

I have never had any issues in deposting with a DC and refunds have always been processed in a swift manner back to the same card - I have never used a CC with them, but I wouldnt expect anything less than the same service. It might be a bit different for prepaid CC's as I dont think it is something that the majority of UK bettors would use, and I have no experience with using that or any other deposit/withdrawal methods with this particular book.

In terms of bonus, they were offering a pretty favourable bonus when I signed up a couple of years ago and I had no issues whatsoever with this as they paid out exactly as they said they would do.

As someone mentioned they are a member of IBAS (Independent Betting Adjudication Service) so any issues or disputes can be brought up with them

For a UK bettor, but I would consider them a high B or a low A book with a solid reputation and would expect them to be around for years to come.

Admittedly the vast majority of the issues I have seen on various forums have been resolved in favour of the book, but I have heard of the odd case where they settled in favour of the client.

Its a tricky one as I have seen the odd case where they have settled in favour of the book, that on the face of it (from any details made available by the complainers in whatever forum) has looked to me like they may have made a mistake - but then again without me seeing the full details from both sides of the story then I am not in a position to make a full judgement either way really.

What you can do though, if IBAS fails or if you feel like you cant trust them, is to make a complaint to whatever jurisdiction grants the licence to the company you are complaing about and often they will look into the complaint for you instead. The regulators/licencers details should be at the bottom of the books website.

    1. Funds are safe, correct bookmaker
    2. They settle bets fast, offer odds early, odds are mediocre
    3. Verification process is always the same - they ask for an ID document, and an address verification, also copy of CC if used (usually a few days after registration, NOT in the moment of the first wirthdrawal, as many bookies).
    4. The support is fast (1-2 hours at max) via email and good, the live chat is 0-24 reachable
    5. They have nice offers very often, for all their products, sometimes even very big ones...
    6. They don't limit usually fast if I know well, but they DO limit, as nearly all GB bookmakers.
(I am suprised at the many posts about them limiting, but GB bookmakers often have this bad habit...)
    7. I like their casino, didn't run into any strange losing patterns
    8. They always pay out moneybookers withdrawals on the NEXT day morning, which is not a bad result for a withdrawal started on evenings, but 24 hour waiting time for a morning withdrawal is a little too much.
    9. I only had 1 small issue with them, which was solved very fast.

All in all, good bookmaker IMHO ("B" or "B-"), not the best, but a good one - I often bet there (if the case with limiting is this bad as many users wrote, maybe "C+")
