    Dispute with betonline rollover

I emailed rollover@betonline on Sat. I got a response today.

They say I have only wagered $1,387.72

but I have the tickets and proof that I have wagered $2,034.70.

How could they be so far off?

They will not speak to me on the phone even though I have requested a manager.

    Please advise.

I assume you are aware that rollover is calculated on the basis of the lowest between the risk and win amounts.
So a wager risking USD 100 at -200 (1.50) counts only USD 50 toward the rollover.

Most common Complaint: Freeplay rollovers are calculated by multiplying the winnings amounts rather than risk amount.

is this saying that if I risk 300 dollars and lose the bet I get no credit towards the rollover?

It will get worse as god knows how they calculate the correct amount you have wagered till today.
I wish someone would have guide me about them before touching a single dollar from their bonus.
I really want to let Mods of this forum know that the rating that these guys are enjoying is not accurate.

If the bet loses, you do get credit toward the rollover but the credit will the the lower of the risk and potential win amount.

So if you bet $300 at -200 (1.50) you will get $150 (the potential win) credited to the rollover.
and if you bet $300 at +110 (2.10) you will get $300 (the risk amount) credited to the rollover.

Small freeplays (I believe BOL is 25% with 5x) are not worth the trouble if you need to move funds.

no way are they worth the trouble.

take a $75 free play and now have to rollover my original cash deposit 6 times?

for the little hobbyist like me, this is bad news.

I agree but OTOH, it is clearly stated in their terms and conditions.
With any book, it is important that you read and understand what you are signing up for.
