Advice in regards to Sportsbooks and Poker sites

Hey there, here's some adivice for bettors so you do not lose your mind when dealing with a sportsbook, poker site, online casino, etc.:
    • Don't agree to have a bonus if you do not know the terms and conditions. Some bonuses come with rollovers, cash requirements limits and so on, accept it only if your able to complete whatever it takes for you to either finally recive, have a payout or even play with your real money.
    • Look for secure and friendly user deposit and payout options. I'd suggest you to use renowned e-wallets such as Paypal, Moneybookers, Neteller and E-wallet Xpress, they have low fees (most of the time) and do not put your information in danger when treating with new sites.
    • Be patient. Most entertainment sites are out of the US located in non English speaking countries, therefore, you'll end up dealing with non native English speakers. If you do not understand whatever they try to explain you or you receive an answer that has nothing to do with your inquiry I'd suggest you to ask once again instead of getting angry. They're doing their best in most cases and could be dealing with more than one customer at a time in more than one language.
    • Have everything on file. Most companies ask for some paperwork in order to verify your identity or just to let your money off being sure that it's you the one receiving it, most customers get upset about it but is for your own security.
    • Study the policies. By law, everything that is published in under terms and conditions counts for a website. If you know what they'll ask you for and what they expect from you as a customer you'll end up enjoying your choose if both parties cooperate.
    • Enjoy the game. Gambling is not just winning or losing (in most cases money), gambling is enjoying yourself, having the thrill of watching a game you're sure you'll get some profit out of it or just playing a hand of blackjack always placing something on risk from your side for just recreational purposes, of course, the most thrill you'll be having is that you could take a bi chunk out of your little bite.
I hope you keep this information in you minds the next time you deal with an entertainment company, you'll see everything will be fine.

I agree to the information that you have posted Cedrick.

Players like us should keep in mind that we are not the only person that a C/S is assisting or the company has. Of course, it will always be a first come first serve basis when it comes to answering our concerns. And we should keep our temper down, anyway, it is us who needs them. We will not be able to achieve something if we kept shouting or losing our temper to those C/S trying to help us. Give what the company wants. And we should be responsible in reading the terms and conditions for our own benefit...

    Cheers to you Cedrick...

Paypal would be a great funding solution to use but it's only an option to a very select few.

I really like the idea of "Cedric" posting on a regular basis... This is something good for the players, SBR, and the company... We can always ask him a question directly or give him a suggestion...

By the way "Cedric" I'm sure it's been asked but in regards to your loyalty program, how do I use the gift card..? What are the details on how the gift card works...?

The more I look at your new loyalty program the more I like it...

It's my pleasure to give assistance in whatever I can and be sure you can ask me any question in regards to the industry and CS itself.

You will receive an e-mail containing an electronic gift card and redemption code. Once that is received simply log onto www.gifts.com to browse a full list of merchants, and select the merchant to redeem the gift card.

I believe they should be just like all access gift cards that you could get in most Walmarts, only if advised by this compay of course.

Sir, these gift cards are actually redeemable exclusively online, what they'll tell you at gifts.com is where from a very wide variety of merchants you'll be able to use this card. Sorry if it's not what you were expecting.

I ignore all promotions simply because they are a waste of my time and money WHY??? because they would hurt me because they can get you into a habit of betting on every wager known to man I stay on a highly self disciplined regimen and promotions are designed to knock you off of this

Pauly, indeed, you need to have lots of discipline to complete a rollover without penalizing yourself and your balance, it is possible yet it may lead you to discontrol if not managed wisely
